endless protests against the first, general indolence in the face of the second… A few days ago, a team of big bosses in Silicon Valley undertook - the exercise, whatever its underlying reasons, deserves to be noted - of think against themselves: the development of AI is too serious a subject not to think about it before acting, they stressed.

How had we not thought of that?
