Espionage on D'Alessandro: they discover the account that paid the hacker and approach the 'brains' of the operation

2023-04-07T22:51:46.973Z

The Buenos Aires justice identified where the money came from to pay the young man from Eldorado. Meanwhile, he advances on two dark web users who hired him.

Buenos Aires justice follows

three lines of investigation

in the case of the hacking of the cell phone of former Security Minister Marcelo D'Alessandro and judges and prosecutors who investigated Cristina Kirchner who

exposes an illegal intelligence network.

On the one hand, Judge Araceli Martinez and the head of the Tax Unit Specialized in Computer Crimes and Contraventions of the CABA, Daniela Dupuy,

received a report from the electronic wallet company

Lemon that operates with cryptocurrencies.

The report identifies

"eight accounts"

used by the Misiones hacker Ezequiel Nuñes Pinheiro (22 years old).

He said that he was paid between 12 and 15 thousand pesos for

each of the 15 hacks

that he carried out based on the technique called "SIM SWAP" or creation of twin SIM cards for cell phones.

One of the accounts in which he charged is associated with the email xoanapallares3@gmail.com and could be a "mule account".

Based on that report, the lifting of the

bank secrecy of that other account,

located in “another digital bank called Binance,” was requested by

judicial sources to

Clarín .

In these judicial sources it is estimated that in this last account

"the name of who paid"

Nuñes Pinheiro will jump out, who -on the other hand- will expand his investigation next week.

And so he will remain in the case

"one step away" from the brain

that ordered the hacking of the former Minister of Security, judges and prosecutors, in a broad intelligence operation whose limits are not yet known.

On the other hand, more measures were taken to detect

the "fingerprints" of two Telegram users identified as "Pr1sox" and "Eljuanxd"

.

They are part of the hacker community known as "Dark PFA" that works on the dark web where personal data and accounts are sold to enter private databases.

Raids in Eldorado for the hacking of Marcelo D'Alessandro's cell phone at the house of Nuñes Pinheiro and his partners.

The first was the one who connected Nuñes in August of last year to ask him if he was doing SIM SWAP maneuvers and the second

is the one who gave him the list of "targets" and then paid the young hacker

.

While

the third line is a request sent to the US Justice to find out who hired the Internet platform called Cloudfare

to upload D'Alessandro's hacked chats.

The first goal was after the vice president was sentenced to 6 years in prison in the Highway case on December 6.

And the second batch was uploaded to the ghost site "dalessandrochats.com", also on Cloudfare, after the Court voted the injunction in favor of the Buenos Aires government for the removal of federal co-participation.

That site was taken down a few days ago,

in another sign of concern

from the operators behind the hacker.

In both cases,

the first to know and ask to make the chats “viral” was the former director of AFI Counterintelligence and Christian deputy Rodolfo Tailhade

.

He denied having participated in the espionage maneuver, said that he found out about the stolen chats through a journalist K, but Judge Daniel Rafecas is investigating a complaint against him by D'Alessandro.

The intelligence operation also affected the representative of Juntos por el Cambio Diego Santilli;

Judges Rodrigo Giménez Uriburu and Andrés Basso (both of the Highway Administration case);

the City Attorney General, Juan Bautista Mahiques;

and the judges of the Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation Mariano Borinsky and Gustavo Hornos (who must review Cristina's sentence to 6 years in prison in that case), among others.

The list includes the former president of Boca and judicial operator of Macri, Daniel "El Tano" Angelici.

But no political leader, judge or prosecutor linked to Kirchnerism appears.

Rodríguez Uriburu

is the same judge who was robbed of data from his sworn declaration of assets

in the Council of the Magistracy in July of last year, that is, in what could be the first step of the operation that arrived last October with the hack to D'Alessandro.

For some it even started earlier, in January 2022 when

four telephone lines were registered

in Misiones in the name of the president of the Court, Horacio Rosatti.

The hacker's cut is that he was hired to find out

"marital infidelities"

of his "targets" and that he does not know his clients.

In this sense, several K media titled Nuñes's confession with that idea of infidelity.

Federal judge K Alejo Ramos Padilla even said in the Impeachment Committee against the Court that the hacking of D'Alessandro -who wanted to investigate in La Plata but later declined it for reasons of competition- "could be a case of "SIM Swap"; it may be the case of a repentant person who was part of it and decided to accompany him;

it may be a couple or someone who got angry and wants to reveal that information

."

“It happened with some of the judges of the 90s and even in divorces claims about bonuses appeared.

That can happen and it is absolutely valid, but we cannot rule it out immediately," added the former judge from Dolores.

The investigators were also struck by the fact that to enter the National Registry of Persons (RENAPER) and steal the data of D'Alessandro and other victims, the Eldorado hacker used an email with the name of Nicolás Crotto, a

collaborator Macri's former chief of staff, Marcos Peña

.

And that Tailhade and his colleagues Leopoldo Moreau and Eduardo Valdés had spoken, before these findings, that the espionage came from an

"internal PRO

."

In addition, the "Dark PFA" group may have stolen the RENAPER database at the end of 2021, but "

how did they keep them updated to October of last year?",

the sources asked, among other questions.
