One of the challenges men face in the bedroom - and perhaps the most important of all - is the need to "last" for a long time, or in other words avoid premature ejaculation.

It may not have an official name, but most (if not all) men have often found themselves using the "distraction" technique during sex to avoid such situations.

That is, in order to delay the orgasm and continue to please the woman, men tend to think of all kinds of "reducing" things that reduce sexual arousal and delay ejaculation.

A survey carried out by the Australian company Prolong found what are the five things that men think about for this purpose - and one of them is particularly shocking.

According to the survey, most men (58.8 percent) use this technique, of which 79.8 percent are aged 25-34.

Of the "distractions" group, most - 36.8 percent - think about

to calm their erection and delay ejaculation, 34 percent think about work, 29.2 percent think about their daily to-do list and 24.5 percent about the next meal.

And what about the women?

At Prolong we also interviewed women to find out how premature ejaculation of their partners affects them.

The survey found that 55.9 percent of women whose partners suffer from premature ejaculation admit that this has burdened their relationship.

53.2 percent of women admitted that they preferred to ignore the issue and 52.7 percent admitted that it reduced the frequency of their sex.

The women also said that they began to change their habits in an effort to help the man last longer.

49.7 percent of the women who were with a man suffering from this problem, said they had to change the way they have sex to adapt to their partner's needs, such as moving more slowly or stopping more often.
