The terrorist who carried out this evening (Friday) the attack on Charles Clair on the Tel Aviv Promenade is an Arab-Israeli with a blue ID card from Kfar Qasim.
In the attack, a tourist was killed and three other people were moderately injured and two were slightly injured.
The attack happened in two separate arenas in the area, the first on Charles Claure Street and the second on Kuipman Street in the city.
The terrorist's vehicle overturned as a result of the run-over - he was neutralized and died.
