Towards 22:00 yesterday (Friday), Yusef Abu Jaber, the terrorist who carried out the attack in Tel Aviv, was driving from north to south near the Charles Clore Promenade, when he suddenly veered off the road, stepped onto the sidewalk and ran over the tourists who were there.

Jaber then continued to ride on the bike path, lost control of his overturned vehicle, and was disabled and died.

Tel Aviv municipality inspectors also assisted in neutralizing it.

35-year-old Alessandro Farini from Italy, a lawyer from Rome who came to Israel for Easter vacation with his friends, is the Italian tourist who was murdered in the attack on the promenade in Tel Aviv.

Besides Farini, three other tourists were moderately injured, and four others were slightly injured.

Alessandro's father, Enzo, spoke to the Italian media channel "al Messaggero" to whom he said: "It can't be, he just got there in the morning."

The 35-year-old Farini completed his law studies with honors at the Luiss University in Rome already in 2011.

Five years later, in 2016, he continued his doctoral studies at Tor Vergata University, which he completed in 2019.

The director of the office where Farini worked, said in an interview with the local media: "Alessandro was a charming boy and a brilliant and committed professional."

His friends who were with him when he was murdered added: "We were walking on the beach, when suddenly the car appeared. The terrorist ran to us and our friends. He (Farini) fell to the ground and started bleeding from the head."

The Italian media stated that Farini worked in an international law firm, and that he liked to travel the world.

The attack was carried out by the terrorist Yusef Abu Jaber, 45 years old from Kfar Qasim, an Arab-Israeli resident with no previous security background.

The attack happened in two separate arenas in the area, the first on Charles Claure Street and the second on Kuipman Street in the city.

The lawyer representing the family said to Walla!

In response to the various publications: "This is a normal guy. He owns a business. He used to own a CD and music store. His uncle was killed a few days ago by a falling air conditioner in a work accident in the city, and he was sitting in the family home in mourning. We hope it's not him and no one from Kfar Qasim. It's an incident It's unfortunate. It's impossible to understand something like this and it's impossible to understand what was going through his mind. Let's hope it's an isolated incident and not related to anyone else here."

The lawyer added: "This is a Bedouin family from the Negev that many years ago migrated to the Kfar Qasem area and settled there. The news that came from Tel Aviv shocked the family members. At first we refused to believe it, they assumed that the vehicle was stolen and that it was an identification mistake.

Earlier yesterday, two sisters aged 21 and 16 from the settlement of Efrat were murdered in a shooting attack on Route 57 near the Hamra junction in the Jordan Valley.

Aman, 48 years old, was critically injured and was taken by helicopter to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem, where the medical teams are still fighting for her life.

The security forces launched a hunt for the terrorists, and checkpoints were set up in the area.

A military official said that the findings at the scene show that the vehicle in which the women were traveling was sprayed by the terrorists, who filmed a killing at the end of their act.

According to the source, the security system does not rule out the possibility of a "sophisticated attack", in which the terrorists drove a vehicle, deliberately hit the Israeli car and caused it to swerve off the road, then got out of the vehicle and opened fire on the female passengers.
