Nazarena Vélez, used social networks to remember her sister Jazmín,
thirteen years after she died in a car accident.
On April 9, 2010, when she was 21 years old, Jazmín Vélez died
when she was thrown from the car in which she was traveling on the Perito Moreno highway, near Liniers, as a result of a crash.
