The money will be raised from the reserve and probably by taking out a loan of 2 to 3 million euros.

The treasurer received a lot of approval for the budget, which reflects a wide range of tasks, as René Mühlberger (CSU) said.
He deliberately ignored the mayor's "property shopping".
It is also about things that tend to be neglected in public perception, such as flood protection.
The fact that a town like Tölz had to build vandal-proof toilet facilities (“like bunkers”) and had to spend a lot of money on security personnel was an unfortunate phenomenon of the time.
Right path between investment and daring
Despite rising tax revenues, Bad Tölz is a relatively low-tax municipality, as the treasurer pointed out insistently.
Mühlberger hopes that this will improve through commercial settlements at the future Moraltpark.
Johanna Pfund (Greens) feels "more comfortable with this combing department every year".
One is well positioned and, as a municipality, is taking “the right path between investment and daring”.

However, the good financial situation of Tölz is also due to a number of special effects.
Nevertheless, he encouraged the necessary investments because: "Where we hesitate now, it will be all the more expensive for us later."
Good staff is important.
Von der Wippel was pleased that the newly filled City Manager position was upgraded in the position plan by increasing the number of hours from 16 to 24 hours.
Personal contact with retailers and homeowners is essential.
A demarcation to economic development is important.
Willi Streicher recognized a handwriting for the SPD in the budget that had also shaped the figures of the past few years, namely Furmanek's.
In this respect, he was not worried about the future finances of Tölz.
As in previous years, Streicher broke a lance for the – high – district levy.
After all, the Tölz school location will also be strengthened with the money.
