Spring-like temperatures and rich sunshine in Germany will probably only be short-lived.

Munich – The weather in Germany was kind to us over Easter.
Traditional Easter bonfires and eager egg hunts could take place in the dry and even the sun showed up in many places.
It's supposed to continue so friendly on Easter Monday with spring-like 14 to 18 degrees, in the south even up to 20 degrees are possible.
However, you should also make good use of the full hours of sunshine on Easter Monday, because towards evening it will draw in and a band of rain will cross Germany.

Because of the warm air from the south and the temporary influence of high pressure, there are pleasant 16 to 18 degrees in northern Germany on Easter Monday during the day.
The
German Weather Service (DWD)
describes the weather in the north and west as "mild" and "often sunny".
In the extreme north-east of Germany, on the other hand, the sun needs some time to fight its way through: in the morning there will be high fog fields over Saxony and southern Brandenburg, which should dissipate at noon and make way for the sun.
The temperatures in Brandenburg and Berlin climb to a mild 15 to 18 degrees and, according to the
DWD,
it remains dry.
From Saxony-Anhalt to Lower Saxony, Northern Hesse and Thuringia, the sun can often be seen with up to 10 hours of sunshine at around 16 degrees.

But the southern Germans can look forward to the most sunshine.
In northern Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and in the Allgäu, the sun should shine for around 12 hours and, according to meteorologist Burster, temperatures of up to 20 degrees will occasionally prevail in the south-west half.
At the lake it is a bit cooler with a maximum of 13 degrees.
Short-lived spring in Germany – the weather will still change on Monday
Unfortunately, the spring-like phase in Germany came to an abrupt end on Monday.
Because according to the
DWD,
a “low spur will spread to Germany from the west in the evening and initiate a more unstable weather phase”.
Accordingly, freshening winds from the southeast to the south turn into stiff or even stormy gusts in the afternoon and evening on the ridges and summits of some low mountain ranges.
In the west and north of Germany, the wind will bring clouds with it again, the sky will become increasingly cloudy as the day progresses and rain will probably set in from the Eifel to East Friesland in the evening.
In the night to Tuesday, Germany finally crossed a "rain band" with increasing wind, according to Burster - because in the east and south of the country, too, rapid cloud cover and upcoming rain are causing a change in the weather.
Occasional short thunderstorms with stormy gusts are even possible in the west and north-west.
In the mountains and on the coasts it will also be stormy on Tuesday night.
According to the DWD,
the minimum temperature is
between 2 and 9 degrees.
The weather is getting worse again: temperatures in Germany are falling after Monday
On Tuesday, short thunderstorms with stormy gusts and a few showers will probably spread throughout Germany, but longer sunny periods are still possible, especially in the south-west and south.
However, the maximum temperatures in Germany are only between 11 and 16 degrees.
On Wednesday it cools down to eight to one degree - in the eastern mountains even down to -1 degrees.
