In a penthouse apartment in a luxury tower in Ramat Hasharon, she lives comfortably with a family consisting of a couple + three daughters who are engaged in liberal professions.

The apartment has a size of 260 square meters, spread over one floor and has seven rooms. They include: an accommodation space + a master bedroom, three bedrooms for children, a family room, and a reading room. The apartment has one large balcony that can be accessed from the living room, as well as peripheral balconies with an exit from each of the bedrooms in the house.

The planning and design of the apartment was entrusted to the architect and interior designer Zvia Kazioff.

The designer received the project at the planning stage, when the initial planning included the concentration of all the rooms of the house in one corner of the roof: "I redesigned the rooms so that they span the entire roof, thus allowing access to the peripheral balconies from each room in the apartment. In addition, the ceiling was raised so that its height currently stands at 3 and a half meters".

The designer was given a free hand by the couple in the planning and design process, when their request was an atmosphere of comfort, maximum utilization of the spaces of the house and the area of the apartment, as well as to have large and spacious rooms.

Kazioff designed the apartment to suit the character of the tenants, who are by nature very warm and happy people, therefore she sought to bring about balanced connections in terms of colors that combine and break the calm main tones of the house, which was designed in a classic style with a modern combination: "I used products that are always good, always right The color is very suitable for the residents of the house, very springy and lively, so it was right to break the monotony by combining colors in the right way with the help of pictures and other decorative items," Kazioff says.

Upon entering the front door of the house, the living room and the balcony unfold.

Part of the wall is covered with wood paneling while the floor is made of bright and clean marble.

A carpet made of gray silk is spread on the floor.

The living room seating system consists of three gray and off-white sofas with purple cushions and two round glass tables in the center.

The designer chose furniture in calmer colors so that the decorative items including, among others, wall pictures and colorful vases created a contrast to the furniture and the colors of the house's walls.

A large and rich balcony.

To the left of the entrance is a dining area that includes a black table made of fine wood with a handmade matte finish and six black leather chairs around it.

Next to them were placed large and spacious libraries that give the house an intellectual appearance because according to Kazioff, this is a family that loves to read.

To the right of the living room is a kitchen designed in champagne white and clean with a white island as well and bar stools in champagne as well.

Continue the garden to the interior of the house.

The living room overlooks a very large balcony rich in diverse seating areas for maximum comfort.

Glass pool, outdoor kitchen including marble, sink and barbecue station.

Also, the balcony is characterized by a large variety of vegetation and fruit trees, while the floor is made of plywood.

"Actually, the whole house was designed with the concept of a villa on the roof that gives the feeling of a land house with a large garden and lots of vegetation. Part of the concept is actually to continue the "garden" into the interior of the house by combining potted plants and plants which is reflected in the bathrooms as well as in the living room and the family room. ", says the designer.

Bright, beautiful, clean.

The walls of the family room are also lined with wood paneling, while the furniture is gray and purple, including a couch and poufs.

A chest of books is also placed in this room.

"The bedrooms are decorated in a clean white color that conveys peace and tranquility for a good night's sleep. The floor in these rooms is made of high-quality solid wood parquet. The wardrobes are covered with special leather from the creator of "Nisoo Furniture". The bathrooms are covered with colorful mosaics both on the floor and on the walls, in each room The mosaic bath is different both in the shapes that decorate it and in the colors."
