If in the province of Buenos Aires the tension was already increasing as the definitions approached,
Together for Change came to a "boiling point"
-in the words of the referents in the district- after Mauricio Macri confirmed that it will not be candidate and this weekend the impact of the conflict over the electoral unfolding in the City was added.
These announcements accelerated the negotiations, with
open questions
about the candidacies for governor, while the mayors claim that the dispute over the presidential category does not impact the municipalities.
Difficult.
With
Diego Santilli
launched with the support of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, one of the discussions involves
defining whether there will be competition
in the category for governor.
Patricia Bullrich hinted that she will have her nominee, because otherwise she would give her rival an advantage in the country's main district.
Two groups in Together for Change are increasingly cut, with the confrontation boosted by the resolution of the voting mode in the City,
the possibility of unifying a candidate would be even further away
.
Bullrich has not yet resolved who would be his and is shown with the mayors
Néstor Grindetti
(Lanús) and
Javier Iguacel
(Captain Sarmiento), and with Senator
Joaquín de la Torre
, a strong man from San Miguel.
Aligned with María Eugenia Vidal,
Cristian Ritondo
also moves as a candidate in the district.
This is one of the reasons why Bullrich delays the definition: he would wait for Vidal to announce whether or not she will compete in the PASO for president.
The head of the PRO and the head of the block of Deputies do not rule out an agreement to share the ballot.

Bullrich and Vidal's contacts and fear for Milei
These days a
sample of the open stage
appears on the Buenos Aires-La Plata highway, at the height of Quilmes.
In a gigantography Rodríguez Larreta smiles with Santilli and Martiniano Molina.
A few meters away, Ritondo poses with a local leader, without a national reference.
Also on Route 2, the graph of the former Buenos Aires Security Minister does not refer to Vidal.
Ritondo already gave signs of being closer to Bullrich than to Rodríguez Larreta,
although the eventual agreement with the PRO holder should also include Vidal.
The former governor, in addition to getting off, would have to support Bullrich and face Rodríguez Larreta.
This Monday she was the first to cross the Buenos Aires head of government.
"He is more and more like a hawk than a dove
," enthused those who promote understanding with Bullrich.
Cristian Ritondo and Néstor Grindetti, two of the candidates for the PRO gubernatorial candidacy, during a tour of Merlo.
Santilli prepares to compete.
At the Uspallata headquarters they warn about the risk of a strong dispute that will cause
injuries and difficulties for the generals
, and also the possibility that
a candidate for governor led by Javier Milei will be the most voted opponent in the PASO
.
Even so, for the moment it seems difficult for him to remain as the only candidate, due to his alignment with Rodríguez Larreta and Bullrich's need to have his own armed in the main district of the country.
"Everyone should have their candidate
," Mauricio Macri told Clarín 10 days ago.
Unlike the City, the former president does not envision an eventual unification in the PRO in the Province.
Two days after announcing that he will not go for his second term, in a meeting with the members of the Buenos Aires table, he asked that in the 22 municipalities governed by the PRO, the mayors be able to post their lists of all the candidates for president and governor .
"We must not damage what we already have built
," warned Macri.
"Let them settle upstairs, we can't have a quilombo here"
, is heard as a coincident claim among the communal chiefs.
This position, in turn, is supported by some municipalities in the power of Peronism, in which leaders closest to Rodríguez Larreta, although with the intention of also going with Bullrich's ticket, argue that they will have a chance of victory: Quilmes, Tigre, Hurlingham , Ituzaingó and Morón, among others.
Patricia Bullrich, with Joaquín de la Torre and Hernán Lombardi, on a tour of Morón.
"If I want to be mayor I need everyone's votes"
, they acknowledge in those districts, and they dismiss the distrust for the care of the ballots: "Horacio will send prosecutors to Lanús and San Miguel, and Patricia to Tres de Febrero or La Plata".
The communal chiefs, in turn, seek to avoid competition beyond the prospects of prevailing in the internal ones:
"Even if you win, they put three or four councilors in you and they complicate your management."
Bullrich, however, is determined to arm in all the districts of the Province.
"We categorically deny it, we go with our candidates
," rejected a leader involved in the Buenos Aires strategy and ruled out the confluence with applicants identified with Rodríguez Larreta.
In any case, they will have to decant the negotiations.
There will be, as they estimate, different schemes.
"It will weigh case by case
," they bet.
Bullrich's agreement with Manuel Passaglia -communal chief of San Nicolás- generated an impact.
In that municipality, Rodríguez Larreta will have to support another candidate.
On the other side, Sebastián Abella -Campana- spoke in favor of competition in all categories and sided with the Buenos Aires head of government.
There will be two cases with a
Latin I scheme
, that is, without sharing lists.
In others, the mayors ask for
the so-called V or Y
: competition above and a single offer in the municipalities.
Macri's announcement and Rodríguez Larreta's movement accelerated the times but there are too many questions, perhaps common in the stage prior to the closures, although different sectors warn of the risk of an uncontrolled dispute and without guarantees of unity towards the generals.
