Since June, the Departmental Directorate of Public Security in Bordeaux has been investigating the restaurant following the complaint of an apprentice cook.
Placed under judicial control
Investigations at the end of which two executives of the restaurant of the 5-star hotel were worried by the courts for acts committed between December 28, 2020 and May 28, 2022. The first is prosecuted for "moral harassment at work
,
assault sexual
aggravated by person abusing his authority and violence with a weapon
” against a first victim.
He will also have to respond to the criminal court
for "aggravated sexual assault
" against a second person, specifies the Bordeaux prosecutor's office in
Figaro
.
The second in question is, meanwhile, prosecuted for “
moral harassment
”.
Placed under judicial supervision with an obligation of care, the defendants are prohibited from entering into contact with the victims and witnesses.
One of them is also banned from appearing in Bordeaux.
They will be tried on June 29.
