This last sentence is highlighted and underlined with the orange color with which Scioli painted the Province of Buenos Aires during the eight years of government between 2007 and 2015.

"It is time to talk less and do more," he highlights in the message that Scioli posted after 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
