A high school in Rouen will close its doors Thursday, April 13 in the morning after threats of an attack on the digital workspace of the establishment, announced the prefecture in a press release.
"A message threatening to commit an attack at the Gustave Flaubert high school in Rouen was published this evening on a private group in the digital workspace ENT pro note of a class of terminale", indicates the press release published in
the night from Wednesday to Thursday.
This Internet portal, dedicated to secondary school students, is also accessible to parents and teachers.
Informed by the management of the school and the parents of students, the prefect ordered the temporary closure of the establishment as a precautionary measure.
An investigation was also opened, entrusted to the judicial police.
At this stage, no threat has been confirmed, but a
"reinforced security device"
has been implemented and
"civil security deminers"
have also been mobilized, said the prefecture.
