This is the departure of those who, very often, have been identified as members of the slingers from the left wing of the majority.
According to information from France Info, confirmed by
Le Figaro
, four deputies from the presidential camp are leaving the Renaissance group in the National Assembly.
An announcement published in the Official Journal indeed mentions the deletion of the names of Mireille Clapot, Stella Dupont, Cécile Rilhac, and finally, Barbara Pompili, the former Macronist Minister for Ecological Transition.
These parliamentarians, from the microparty "In Common", one of the many chapels of the presidential coalition have, throughout the debates on the pension reform, regularly expressed their great reluctance about the government bill.
“We want this reform to be rebalanced”
“
We believe that the postponement of the legal retirement age is something unequal
”, had indeed declared to Figaro, the deputy Cécile Rilhac.
“
We want this reform to be rebalanced in terms of social justice
, then specified the elected representative of Val-d'Oise,
because, as it stands, we cannot vote for this text
”.
A few days before the vote in the National Assembly (which, due to the appeal by Elisabeth Borne of 49.3, ultimately did not take place), Barbara Pompili affirmed that she would not vote for the reform.
An announcement that annoyed more than one on the side of the presidential camp.
While the government entrusted Barbara Pompili with a mission to set up low emission zones (ZFE), some did not fail to see this as a means of guaranteeing her non-participation in the vote of censorship against the executive.
From now on, in any event, Barbara Pompili and her three colleagues will be "related" to the Renaissance group, the number of deputies of which now stands at 161 instead of 165.
