A deliberation was proposed for the creation of a steering committee on the safety of the Moulins district, which has been talked about with the intensification of drug trafficking in recent weeks.

.

"We will continue to put pressure on the Ministry of the Interior

," again warned the first magistrate during Friday's session.

The latter announced to AFP on March 5 that he wanted to call on private security agents to remedy the

“government’s inertia”

Submitted to the vote, the deliberation was approved (two abstentions from the elected environmentalists).

Questioned by the elected official Bernard Chaix, close to Éric Ciotti, on the nature of the armament of the future agents, Anthony Borré replied to him: "They will

have category D weapons, i.e. tear gas, a defense stick and a bulletproof vest”

.

With the city of Nice, two social landlords (including Côte d'Azur Habitat, chaired by the same Anthony Borré) have already given their agreement to finance these agents.

The town hall will be very attentive to recruitment, she warns.

The capital of the Côte d'Azur wishes to draw inspiration from the Toulouse model, which has deployed this system called GITeS for inter-district grouping of tranquility and safety.

“72% of the inhabitants of the districts of Toulouse where they are present say they are reassured”

, indicated Anthony Borré.

"I will not have words harsh enough to describe your indignity

," replied Anthony Borré.

Christian Estrosi and his first deputy, on the other hand, welcomed the long intervention of Philippe Vardon (Reconquest!) who recounted his childhood in this district of Les Moulins.

“You are 1000 times right when you denounce the government.

We will vote because everything that can be done must be done

.

The latter even proposed the creation of a special commission at Les Moulins.
