and intends to obtain compensation to try, once the conflict is over, to heal the many wounds inflicted on its ecosystem.
While the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin on March 17, kyiv does not despair of raising the damage caused to the environment to the rank of war crimes.
