The new season of "Always Sundays" starts on May 7th with Stefan Mross.
However, a supposed change in the course of the ARD program raises questions.
Rust – After it recently became public that a penalty order was issued against Stefan Mross (47) in May 2022, Schlager fans feared far and wide about the upcoming start of the season for “Always Again on Sundays”.
In the meantime, however, they can breathe again, because the ARD format returns to television screens as planned on May 7th - and has a few big changes in its luggage.
"Hidden Talents": New format for "Always Sundays" with Stefan Mross
In addition to the uncertainty as to whether "Always Again on Sundays" could start as planned despite Stefan Mross' legal problems, many fans were concerned with one question in particular: Will Anna-Carina Woitschack (30) continue to be there?
Finally, her marriage to Stefan Mross broke up in November 2022 – which for many viewers should have meant her end as a co-moderator in her husband's successful show.

Some would like Anna-Carina Woitschack to be thrown out of "Always Again on Sundays", others are hoping that she will remain on the popular weekend show - but it seems as if a new item on the program could have replaced her "star kitchen".
Because as the official Facebook page of "Always Sundays" announced on Wednesday (April 12), a brand new format will be introduced for the upcoming episodes.

It says in the announcement, "It doesn't matter whether you can peel the longest apple peel in one go or play your favorite song on the nose flute - show us your talent and challenge Stefan Mross with it on 'Immer wieder Sundays' !” Anyone interested can now apply for the show with a video – which gives one to think about whether this new talent competition could push Anna-Carina out of the show.
"In the voting process": Anna-Carina's future in "Always Again on Sundays" is probably still undecided
Until the unexpected separation of the former Schlager dream couple, Anna-Carina Woitschack was indispensable in "Always Again on Sundays" and invited well-known guests to the "star kitchen" in each episode, where they prepared their favorite dishes together.
It still seems to be in the stars whether she will also put on her apron and swing the wooden spoon for the new episodes.
In response to a request from IPPEN.MEDIA, a spokeswoman for ARD simply said: "As far as the star kitchen and other formats of the show are concerned, we are still in the process of voting."
It doesn't sound like there's absolute certainty that Anna-Carina Woitschack will appear in front of the cameras again in 2023 on "Always Sundays" - so the weeks before the start of the broadcast should prove to be particularly exciting in this regard.
Meanwhile, some Schlager fans are not happy with the decision that Stefan Mross can continue to moderate “Always Again on Sundays”.
