The Haifa District Attorney's Office today (Sunday) filed a prosecutor's statement against Zarbail Aivazov, a 44-year-old resident of Krain Motzkin who is suspected of committing rape and indecent acts on nine girls between the ages of 14-18 who worked for him selling flowers for the past six years.
The investigation of the incident was opened with the receipt of a complaint from a police officer resident of the Kariyat area who met the suspect after he was brought to a police station in Haifa regardless of the case, and due to the death of a lone female soldier.
She identified him as the one who raped her and committed indecent acts on her on several occasions between 2020-2021, while she worked under him selling flowers in restaurants in the northern region.

With his arrest as well as the progress of the investigation which included the collection of additional evidence in the case, it was suspected that the suspect had committed similar acts with several other girls - and the court allowed his name to be published.
A short time later, complaints were filed on behalf of eight more girls, newcomers from the Soviet Union, about sexual offenses he committed against them while they were working under him selling flowers and while he provided them with alcohol and drugs.
Also, more than 20 testimonies were collected from girls who worked for the suspect.
Later and in accordance with the findings of the investigation, the parents of the lone soldier responded that her death led the suspect to the police station in the first place, and demanded an investigation into the circumstances of her death.
This, while they suspect that there is a connection between the tragic circumstances in which she ended her life and the suspect.
The lawyer Yoni Dadon who represents him refused to respond to the claims.
