In any case, the fact that those affected had to be driven to their destination in taxis was probably not in their interest.

The capital in sight: This is proven by the huge wave of blockades and protests by the climate glue in Berlin.
"The climate protection group Last Generation wants to paralyze Berlin for a long time with numerous disturbances and road blockades by hundreds of demonstrators," says a dpa report.
One action in particular garnered a lot of attention: On the morning of April 20, activists glued themselves to a tour bus in front of the Marriott Hotel on Potsdamer Platz.

It was the BR Volleys team bus.
On the eve of the adhesive campaign, the team entered the final of the German volleyball championship.
45 people were prevented from attending their appointments by bus, said club spokesman Christof Bernier in a statement to the
Berliner Zeitung
.
Instead, 15 taxis were ordered.
"This abuses sensitivity and understanding of a problem," Bernier continues.
A dwindling understanding of many people's climate glue was also shown by other abnormalities on the same morning in Berlin-Charlottenburg:
Some clashes between motorists and activists.
Two men pulled activists off the street.
A motorcyclist tried to weave past activists.
Protest action leaves question marks: the club and bus companies are stunned
Due to its supposed absurdity, the bus sticker campaign met with a particularly great deal of incomprehension.
Driver Tilo Strobach explains it to the dpa for "totally pointless".
There are many protest actions worth supporting, but sticking to a bus of all things is the very last thing.
In a tweet, the bus company "Prima Klima Reisen" publicly reiterates its own dismay: "Unfortunately, some climate activists are stopping us from working with what is currently the most environmentally friendly vehicle."
It remains questionable what the climate stickers wanted to achieve with this or whether this selection was actually a mistake.
