Max is on the breed list: the dog may not be adopted in Bavaria
The reason: Max is on the racial list.
However, the animal shelter would like to avoid a discussion on the subject, because: “
We did not choose the breed list and have no influence on which breeds are on the list.
As an animal shelter, we have to comply with the legal requirements and unfortunately have no influence on this.
So please spare us the discussions because of the list
.”
Although such a discussion is important, it should be held elsewhere, because under the Facebook post "it will not help Max much." The dog was introduced much too young and illegally.
That's why he first had to serve his quarantine period in the animal shelter before he could be placed.
Now the time has come, the animal shelter is happy.
