”.
This is the assurance given Monday in Luxembourg by Josep Borrell, the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs, to the Ukrainian authorities, worried about not obtaining the ammunition promised in March by the Twenty-Seven.

A message also intended to dissipate internal tensions while three countries, including France, with Cyprus and Greece, are accused by some of their partners of dragging their feet.
The Twenty-Seven had agreed on March 20 to send in twelve months 1 million munitions from existing stocks or orders redirected to kyiv.
A second part, also supported to the tune of 1 billion, concerned the joint purchase of ammunition, including 155 mm shells, in particular via the European Defense Agency, with orders from companies in the EU or Norway.
Finally, the Commission was invited to make proposals to develop production in the EU.
