A few hundred demonstrators went to the Gare de Lyon on Monday evening in Paris to boo the Minister of Education Pap Ndiaye returning from a trip to Lyon.
The crowd, made up mainly of young people who came with saucepans, sang anti-Macron songs in the main hall of the station facing a cordon of police.
Tensions arose when the minister arrived.
Pap Ndiaye was stuck in his train for a moment, under the surveillance of a group of police officers, before being exfiltrated from the station through a tunnel in the middle of the platform, allowing him to avoid the main exit of the station and its welcoming committee.
