On the train journey from Munich to Ingolstadt, there was a physical altercation between a passenger and a train attendant.
The passenger was known to the police and was arrested.

At around 12:30 a.m., the incident took place shortly before the stop in Petershausen.
After the train attendant asked the passenger to show a valid ticket, she pointed out that he had to get off at the next stop.
The 24-year-old refused to get up when the inspector grabbed his arm to help him up.

Instead of getting up, the passenger spat on her face and slapped the woman's ear.
The train attendant fell to the ground as a result of the attack.
A 67-year-old passenger intervened and came to the train attendant's aid.
She then informed the police about the incident, who were already waiting at Petershausen station to arrest the passenger.

The forces of the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria North arrived at the train station, arrested the 24-year-old and handed him over to the federal police.
