Ten new bodies were exhumed on Tuesday morning in a forest in eastern Kenya, where police are investigating the deaths of members of a cult who practiced extreme fasting for religious purposes, an AFP journalist noted on place.
Five bodies wrapped in blue body bags were visible, while five others were unearthed from a shallow mass grave, the reporter said, bringing the death toll to 83 in the case which has sparked horror and outrage in this country of East Africa.
