the actor recounted a paranormal experience
that he lived years ago, after finishing a theatrical performance in Bell Ville, Córdoba.
"We finished the show but we couldn't have dinner in that place because all the restaurants had closed. Then the whole group of actors, very young at that time, decided to get into a car we had... We were seven people in the car. And we decided to do the 40, 45 kilometers that separate Bel Ville from San Francisco", Darín began by telling, in dialogue with the driver of the cycle, Pablo Motos.

"We took the highway and went to San Francisco to try to eat dinner, because there they were waiting for us in a restaurant. And when we were going along the highway, suddenly 'shhhh...' It appeared ahead of us, up in the sky
, a UFO. An unidentified flying object"
, continued the actor, who recently confirmed that he will be the protagonist of the El Eternauta series, for Netflix.
And he described:
"It was like a kind of vase. And I couldn't pinpoint the color exactly, but it went from blue to red.
It was rather purplish, if you can say."
"Something very curious happened. I thought that all of us who were in the car had seen it. But nobody said anything. The UFO disappeared. And we arrived in San Francisco for dinner and at the table I brought up the subject. I said 'what is it
? that we just saw.' Only one person agreed with me, the others thought I was crazy, that I was talking about anything
," Darín continued.

"That caught my attention a lot
," the actor acknowledged.
After telling his story, Motos assured him that it was all a lie, but
Darín made it clear that his story was all true.
"It's true. It caught my attention that none of the group saw it (the UFO). I am 100% sure that I saw it. Well, a little prudence, 99%," said the father of Chino Darín

Darín, for his part, received the award for Best Male Performance
and, in his thank-you speech, highlighted the film on the Trial of the Juntas as "the first Argentine made in a pandemic."
In addition, the actor dedicated the distinction to "the incredible humanity of a man named Julio César Strassera."
The film directed by Santiago Miter also won Best Art Direction (Micaela Saiegh), Film and Education in Values, and Best Screenplay (Mariano Llinás and Santiago Mitre).
