Ricardo Lorenzetti denounced this Tuesday that
he was a victim of "espionage"
, like his peers from the National Supreme Court of Justice, Horacio Rosatti and Carlos Rosenkrantz, whose cases are being investigated by federal judge Marcelo Martínez De Giorgi.
"We have to be very firm, when one asks why the espionage is carried out? It is to condition one," he said in a dialogue with radio Miter.
And he remarked:
"We are not going to change anything at all due to these pressures

The magistrate maintained that his fact is also being investigated by Judge Martínez de Giorgi, asked to investigate so that "the situation he suffered is clarified as best as possible" and highlighted the reports already sent by the Directorate of Judicial Assistance in Complex Crimes and Organized Crime ( DAJuDeCO).
"We have to warn it because it may be the case of calls on behalf of one of us proposing strange things and that with that they want to discredit us, that is what they are clearly looking for," he added.
Martínez De Giorgi is also investigating the identity theft of Rosatti to process four telephone lines in his name and from the presentation by DAJuDeCO it was revealed that there was a fifth forged line in the name of the president of the Supreme Court, and it was established that one of those telephones was used to process other lines, in the name of the highest court judge Carlos Rosenkrantz and a federal judge from Posadas, María Verónica Skanata.
Carlos Rosenkrantz and Horacio Rosatti were also victims of espionage.

"You always have to ask yourself why? It's to put pressure or make us make mistakes. You don't have to do either of the two things. You have to be firm and withstand pressure, that's what we are for, the judges have that enormous responsibility and a great mission in society which is to protect people from all this," added Lorenzetti.
In addition, he insisted on remarking that this type of illegal espionage activity, which he has suffered for 15 years, will not make him change his decisions as a judge of the Court.
"You have to let the judge act in federal matters. I spoke with him to convey all this to him and he has already made requests for reports and others, because there are several judges who have already been public," he said.
