The lawyers of Ezequiel Nuñes Pinheiro affirmed to the Buenos Aires Justice that their client would give more clues to reach the "intellectual authors" of the hack to the former Minister of Security, judges and prosecutors.

The defense of the missionary hacker Ezequiel Nuñes Pinheiro requested this Tuesday that the Justice

accept the law of repentance

and

continue collaborating

with the case that the intrusion of the cell phone of former Security Minister Marcelo D'Alessandro and 14 other politicians, judges and prosecutors who they investigated Cristina Kirchner.

While the case

has been under summary secrecy for a week

to allow the Justice to verify the data that Nuñes provided and that could be used to reach those who hired him and who is the "brain" of this illegal espionage operation.

Last week, for example,

it was confirmed that from the Mayor of General Roca, Río Negro, directed by María Emilia Soria, sister of Justice Minister Martín Soria.

In a brief presented by his lawyers Sebastián Noguera and Marcos Kapko, he recalled that Nuñes demonstrated "

extensive collaboration

through his investigative statements, we understand that special treatment should be given" as an accused collaborator.

Then they asked that in the case "he be treated

as repentant,

taking into account article 43 ter of the Penal Code, and the Law of Repentance (Law 27,304)."

Before the hack, from the administration of the sister of Minister Martín Soria, they requested a report on Marcelo D'Alessandro

For these and other reasons, they asked the head of the Fiscal Unit Specialized in Computer Crimes and Contraventions, Daniela Dupuy, to agree to give it that character that will allow a reduction in sentences

when the case reaches oral and public trial

.

"We ask the Prosecutor's Office to take into account the attitude of the accused and in relation to this that our request be analyzed considering that Elías Ezequiel

is willing to continue collaborating

and carry out any task aimed at clarifying the facts and reaching

the intellectual authors

who have used".

On the other hand, Nuñes' lawyers warned that despite the fact that Judge Araceli Martinez ordered police protection measures at the beginning of the month for the hacker's family, who lives in Eldorado, Misiones, they have not yet been implemented

.

On Tuesday afternoon, the missionary police set up custody.

They recalled that the magistrate "urgently ordered protection measures aimed at ensuring both

the physical integrity of Elías Ezequiel Nuñes Pinheiro and that of his family group

for the duration of the process, without these measures having been implemented to date." .

"It is for the above reasons that we request that the provincial authorities of Misiones

insist

that the ordered measures be put into practice," they added.

Later, they insisted on "

the total alienation from the facts

investigated, with the exception of Elías Ezequiel, who is the only accused who is related to the accused facts" of the family and the employers of the missionary hacker who are accused in the case. .

The hacking of D'Alessandro's cell phone had the fundamental role of a hacker gang that had mutated from the so-called Dark Web to Telegram instant messaging.

He operates from a site called "Dark PFA", among others, and from there he contacted the hacker Ezequiel Nuñes Pinheiro (22 years old), who confessed to having intruded on D'Alessandro's phone.

Nuñes also gave clues as to how he was paid between 12 and 15 thousand pesos for each SIM code obtained

through digital wallets and with cryptocurrencies.

In "Dark PFA", even today, it is offered through Twitter (it is necessary to enter its Telegram community with permission), illegal access to the database of the National Registry of Persons (RENAPER), medical records of works social, credit card data and cell phone numbers, among other private reports.

Dark had over 1,000 Telegram subscribers prior to this case.

In the case, it seeks to discover who is hiding behind the pseudonyms

"Pr1sox" and "ELJuanxd"

of users of that group that worked on Telegram, a server that does not collaborate with the Argentine Justice unless they are cases of terrorism.

Those two users were the ones who hired Nuñes to hack the cell phone of the former Buenos Aires Minister of Security.

One of the measures seeks to verify if a Telegram user named “Señorcaradepapa”, who

bought 50 multi-slot SIM cards from Nuñes and who lives in José C. Paz,

participated in the intelligence operation.

Two of these cards were activated in Quilmes and Bahía Blanca.

Nuñes says that that other user still owes him “a thousand dollars” for those chips.

A year before Nuñes entered "Dark PFA", that user worked in a Buenos Aires security company.

The "brain" who organized the spying on D'Alessandro, judges and prosecutors who investigated hired that gang and is, in turn, Ezequiel so that his fingerprints remain.

In June 2022, Nuñes contacted a "Dark PFA" user with the pseudonym "El comisario López" and bought him stolen accesses for the Playstation.

As he paid him with his first and last name, he warned him that he should look for a "nicname" (nickname).

Then "El Comisario López" gave him access to "Dark PFA".

First, Nuñes used “Sócrates” but later changed it to “Ashlucif”.
