The locality of Saint-Léger-sur-Dheune is well watered, as its name suggests, by a charming river, but also by the Canal du Centre.

Born in the department 29 years ago, Quentin Le Marchand cut his teeth in Paris, notably with Thierry Breton (Chez Michel), before traveling around.
He had found a job as a chef in a chic brasserie in Abidjan.
It was there that he met Charlotte, a homeless Bordelaise.
In January 2018, the two lovers returned to France, decided to open their house, fell in March on this seaside restaurant with an exquisite little terrace, launched the first service in June with twelve plates in stock and very few saucepans.
