Mauricio Macri, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, Patricia Bullrich and María Eugenia Vidal are already meeting to analyze the serious economic crisis that is affecting the country, try to agree on a truce within the opposition coalition and define the strategy for the 2023 elections.

With a broad agenda, the four main referents of the group that is part of Together for Change meet in San Isidro, at the house of the former Minister of Labor, Jorge Triaca.

The meeting began after 8 o'clock and there are also Cristian Ritondo, Diego Santilli, Federico Angelini, and Fernando de Andreis.

The protagonists almost avoided commenting on the speech that Cristina Kirchner gave in La Plata this Thursday, in which the Vice President only mentioned Juntos when she spoke of the high indebtedness, although she only named Rodríguez Larreta in the paragraph that recalled that he was part of the government of the Alliance headed by Fernando de la Rúa.

In principle, the currency run, the sharp jump in the dollar and the relationship with the International Monetary Fund will be part of the issues that Macri, Rodríguez Larreta, Bullrich and Vidal will analyze, in a political scenario that has Juntos por el Cambio as one of the the options to access the Government.

"There is extreme concern"

in macrismo,

a source from the space that Mauricio Macri founded and that currently has Federico Angelini as president, confided to

Clarín , after Patricia Bullrich's request for a license to concentrate on the presidential campaign.

In this way, the leadership of the PRO meets again to make an analysis of the crisis that the country is experiencing after the meeting they held at the beginning of the month, in which the main economic leaders in space participated.

Hernán Lacunza and Luciano Laspina were there, who described a difficult panorama that could escalate before the PASO in August and strengthen towards October.

Beyond the crisis that is dragging the country, the meeting generates expectation after the differences that arose in the PRO with the decision of Rodríguez Larreta to call concurrent elections in the City, a move that was questioned not only by the former President, by understand that it affects the political aspirations of his cousin Jorge Macri, but also by Bullrich and Vidal.

Therefore, the expectation will be placed on the message that the head of government will carry, who in principle maintains the candidacy of Fernán Quiros as well as that of Soledad Acuña.

But Rodríguez Larreta insisted these days on the intention that there be a PRO candidate for the City.

In the macrismo they speculate about the response that the Buenos Aires head of government will give him if the former President formalizes the request so that Jorge Macri is the only option.

Two weeks ago there was already a meeting in which the reproaches and accusations against the mayor were highlighted, not only by Mauricio Macri but also by Bullrich and Vidal.

Rodríguez Larreta did not participate in the meeting, but was represented by Diego Santilli, national deputy and candidate for governor for the Province.

It is clear that the PRO seeks

to give a gesture of unity

in the face of the need to avoid promoting the figure of Javier Milei, who has been gaining ground in the polls and is an electoral option in a runoff scenario.

To all this, the partners of the macrismo in Together for Change, have already come out to ask that the levels of confrontation within the space be lowered.

Maximiliano Ferraro, president of the space that has Elisa Carrió as a reference, made a call to "relax the intensity of the dispute within Together for Change" and work on "going to a competitive STEP, which is orderly and respectful among the candidates".

While the radical Gerardo Morales asked "calm down the PRO comrades."

On the agenda of the four PRO referents there are several issues and although it is not planned so far, it is also possible that

the incorporation of José Luis Espert to Juntos por el Cambio will

be discussed , who was received by Morales, Ferraro and Miguel Angel Pichetto , but wait for a definition of macrismo.

On this point there is caution in space because there are certain differences.

Rodríguez Larreta would endorse it, but the definitions of Macri, Bullrich and Vidal still remain.
