Yesterday, the Magistrate's Court extended Blum's detention.
The discussion on the extension of her detention was done without the presence of the suspect, because she is admitted to the hospital from her injuries following the accident.
It was also noted in the hearing that according to the suspicion Bloom was driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol and deviated from the lane of travel, as well as that she had committed a similar offense in the past - therefore there is grounds for arrest of dangerousness.
A few years ago during a routine check Bloom was arrested for driving drunk and her license was revoked.
Bloom is a bereaved daughter after her father was murdered in an attack on a dolphinarium in 2001. Bloom was two years old when she lost her father, Jan, in the attack.
The father was working as a security guard at the club when a suicide bomber blew himself up.
He was seriously injured and died of his wounds three days later.
