We must remember that the first law of the Third Reich was designed to challenge the legitimacy of the Jews and Religion and their hatred was the law forbidding kosher slaughter. We are the rabbis and lawyers of Europe, first of all we thank the institutions of government and the law in Poland for the repeal of the laws against slaughter here in Seem, but there are still pockets of antisemitism here in Europe and there are those who seek to restrict our steps. We will continue to demand resolutely and act through the institutions of the Union The European and the governments allow us complete freedom of religion. We must be able to provide kosher meat according to Halacha, educate our children according to the Jewish tradition and maintain our way of life.

Right now these freedoms are in clear and immediate danger.

Unfortunately, the whole world has seen how illegitimacy is translated in the distant past and these days."
