For a 15-year-old, a boozy tractor ride on Sunday ended with bitter consequences.
Warngau
– A joyride ended unpleasantly for a novice driver on Sunday.
At around 9:35 p.m., a patrol from the Holzkirchen police checked a 15-year-old Warngauer who was driving a tractor in Wall.
According to the police, the 15-year-old driver said he was going for a spin with a friend.
There was no agricultural reference to this trip.
The Warngauer could not produce a corresponding driver's license either.
The officials detected the odor of alcohol in the 15-year-old Warngauer, whereupon a breath alcohol test was carried out on the newcomer to the tractor license.
This resulted in a low value below the 0.5 alcohol limit.
For novice drivers, however, the zero alcohol limit applies during the probationary period.
He was not the first road user to be under the influence of alcohol these days.
Expensive offense
The 15-year-old from Warngau now has to face an extension of his probationary period by two years, a fine of at least 250 euros and a point in Flensburg.
There were numerous accidents over the long weekend in Holzkirchen and the surrounding area.
