Saturday afternoon, around 5.30 p.m., a body was recovered from the Loire, near the yellow crane on the island of Nantes, by the Loire-Atlantique firefighters, reports Ouest-

If the identification of the victim has not yet been confirmed by the prosecution, it could be Yann Bougaran, a young man who disappeared on April 22.
His family spoke on social networks to confirm this hypothesis.
“According to the first elements and pending confirmation by the autopsy, it is indeed the body of Yann that was found in the Loire”

"Yann will be greatly missed by all of us, joyful, voluntary, benevolent, he had an infectious joie de vivre and everyone loved him"

Nightclub party
Yann Bougaran, 24, has not heard from him since April 22 after spending the evening in a nightclub.
According to city surveillance cameras, after leaving the discotheque, the work-study student was seen walking Quai de la Fosse, on the banks of the Loire, to Maillé-Brézé.
It was at the level of the ship converted into a museum that he was seen for the last time.
This is the way back to his home.
His relatives had launched calls for witnesses on social networks and put up posters in many places in the city of Nantes.
For its part, the police had opened an investigation for worrying disappearance last week.
Friday afternoon, a helicopter from the national gendarmerie flew over the banks of the Loire in Nantes.
An aerial search which had been authorized by the prosecution.
The latter had also authorized the relatives of the disappeared to carry out their own research while remaining in contact with the investigators and the authorities.
