BRUSSELS - One year before the
European elections,
the game of political alliances is already in full swing and questions are being raised as to which majority will be formed within the next parliamentary assembly.
Action secretary Carlo Calenda
will talk about this and other topics at the heart of European current affairs, first of all the
reform of the Stability Pact
,
with ANSA director
Luigi Contu
during the forum dedicated to the future of Europe organized by ANSA in collaboration with the Italian representation of the European Parliament.
The appointment is set for
Tuesday 2 May at 2 pm
, when the forum will be broadcast in live streaming on ANSA.it, on the ANSA Europe Facebook page and on the YouTube channel of the European Parliament in Italy.
The meeting - which will open with a greeting from the director of the PE office for Italy,
Carlo Corazza
and which will take place in the new headquarters of the Europa Experience - will also be attended by students from the Nomentano State Scientific High School in Rome.
The forum with Calenda - former MEP and for a short time permanent representative of Italy to the EU - will also be an opportunity to explore topics such as the
EU pact on immigration
