Once again, the fate of the shared initiative referendum (RIP) is in the hands of the Constitutional Council.
Written by the left, the text studied rue de Montpensier aims to organize a referendum on the legal retirement age, which the executive has postponed to 64 with its reform.
Filed for the first time, the request has already been rejected by the Elders on April 14th.
