On the night of Monday February 27 to Tuesday February 28 in Vierzon, Nicolas Sansu, who was driving while intoxicated, had outraged the police during a traffic check.
In another older file, the deputy was the subject of an alternative to prosecution at the end of March for insults against two police officers committed in May 2021, when he was mayor of Vierzon.
As part of this procedure, the elected official had to pay a citizen contribution of 300 euros, in the form of a sum given to an association for the assistance of victims, and compensation of 400 euros to each of the two outraged police officers.
