A 36-year-old man was sentenced on Wednesday May 3 to a day-fine for the deterioration of the permanence of the Les Républicains party in Amiens on the sidelines of a demonstration on March 20 against the adoption of the pension reform.
Interim at Amazon, Alexandre M. was judged for having degraded the roller shutter and repeatedly thrown garbage containers on the LR office during this undeclared demonstration.
He was sentenced to 60 day-fine of 10 euros per day.
During his police custody, he had admitted having thrown garbage cans, which he finally disputed at the hearing, affirming that the police had "

Seven convictions
That day, the man, whose criminal record carried seven convictions, in particular for theft with degradation and violence in meetings, had been photographed by a police officer, commissioner, in civilian clothes.
She says she saw him throw trash cans at the window of the LR office on at least two occasions.
His lawyer, Me Sonia Houzé requested the release for the benefit of the doubt, stressing that the photos had not been taken at a time to prove the alleged facts, but also that his client had been questioned in police custody without the presence of his lawyer.
The prosecutor requested a fine of 800 euros, as well as a two-year ban on demonstrating and carrying a weapon.

The court canceled all hearings at the police station but found him guilty based on the police officer's testimony.
