Within the framework of the case that began with the complaint of the president of the Supreme Court of Justice,
Horacio Rosatti
, after the discovery of the falsification of his identity to contract five telephone lines, the Directorate of Judicial Assistance in Complex Crimes and Organized Crime (DAJuDeCO) reported that
106,509 communications are under analysis.
They were carried out for four months and several of them were sent from cell phones that were in the name of the head of the highest court.
The researchers do not rule out being in front of
an illegal espionage network that focused on federal judges:
there are already four who were victims of hacking.
The case was a warning light in Comodoro Py, where four magistrates have already announced that their cell phones were hacked during 2022.
Judge Marcelo Martínez De Giorgi, who is investigating all the complaints, intervened with the DAJuDeCO to find the person responsible for the cell phone interventions, as well as the acquisition of lines impersonating other magistrates.
The body specialized in complex crimes was asked for a technical report with the aim of identifying the “people who carried out said maneuver;
requesting that the historical ownership data and registration information of certain subscribers of those reported in his name be individualized, as well as details of how the lines were obtained and which were the points of sale, IMEI traffic report and studies of communications networks and geographic locations.
The first data, as Clarín

, showed that there were not four lines that had been drawn in the name of Judge Rosatti, but five.
One of these lines added to the investigation another member of the Court,
Carlos Rosenkrantz,
since it was determined that it was used to request a line in his name.
Now under analysis there is another number: 106,509 communications.
This is the first result of the work of DAJuDeCO regarding
the places and the number of times that the phones taken out in the name of Horacio Rosatti hit.
The study revealed that a total of 39 subscribers were identified, together with the lines in the name of the president of the Court, "these 39 subscribers have ownership in the name of 28 different people, of the 28 people identified, two belong to judicial officials: María Verónica Skanata (federal judge of Posadas with electoral competence) and Carlos Fernando Rosenkrantz”.
The data was obtained through work on the impact of the 39 lines on the IMEI (International Mobile Station Equipment Identity, in English) of cell phones in the name of Rosatti.
It is the universal and unique identifier of a cell phone, that is, it is the code that accompanies that device throughout its life.
What the technical body did is determine that those devices with the specified IMEIs correspond to the cell phones that were in the name of Rosatti.
A piece of information: there are only two ways to find out the IMEI, "by yourself, because you have the cell phone and you can check it (and it is written on the box when you buy it) and another through the telephone company if they sold you the cell

that a second report is awaited by the judicial office of listening and analysis in complex crimes.
"Both the five subscribers in the name of Rosatti and the other 39 identified subscribers made those 106,000 calls in a period of four months."
For the researchers, this number is quite striking, "and can expose that it would be a spy network of greater dimensions," they indicated to this medium.
What the DAJuDeCO seeks to determine is the relationship between these contacts, that is, to “identify parameters of the networks of interlocutors and geographical locations” and thus see if they manage to find the mastermind of the maneuver.
Within the information found in the judicial file, there is another piece of information that begins to become a connection bridge.

(members of the Federal Oral Court 2) and
Mariano Borinsky and Gustavo Hornos
(Sala IV of the Federal Criminal Cassation Chamber).

, it had already been determined just as everything had been carried out from the province of Misiones.
