For this new war of “Top Chef” restaurants, the candidates had strong opponents, their chefs in person.
Philippe Etchebest, Paul Pairet and Glenn Viel were indeed invited for the first time in the competition this Wednesday.
The three of them set up À table, a restaurant that wants to be “
like at grandma’s
”.
Opposite, their candidates were divided into two separate teams.
On one side, Sarika, Jérémie and Hugo who created Verso - Recto, on the other, Carla, Jean and Mathieu who imagined La Cantina Francesa.
The latter were unfortunately not retained by the gastronomic critic François-Régis Gaudry and the inhabitants of Suresnes invited to taste.
