    Users who forget some belongings after a trip can

    request a report through their Uber account

    -from the mobile application or from their computer- taking into account the following steps:

    • Log in to the account, go to "Trips" and then select the trip where the item was left behind.


    • Choose the option "Find a forgotten object".  


    • Click on "Contact your driver about a lost item".


    • Enter the phone number to be contacted and press "Send".

      Minutes later the user will receive a call to be able to contact the driver registered in the app.

    • If the driver confirms that he found the item, he will coordinate a convenient time and place to make the return.


    • It can also happen that the driver is in the middle of a trip and cannot answer the call.

    • If you cannot speak with the driver, you can contact one of the Cabify agents to request help to recover it.


    • Remember that in case of finding the object that was forgotten, the driver will charge an amount in cash indicated in the application as compensation for the time spent in returning the object.

    • Indicate the object that was lost and any details that are considered necessary to find it.

    • The next step will be that a service agent will take the case and contact the driver to see if he has the object.


    • Remember that in case of finding the object, the driver will charge an amount in cash indicated in the application as compensation for the time spent in returning the object.

    How to recover a forgotten object on a trip with DiDi?

    Those who forget an object in the car during a trip with Didi, must perform the following steps to recover it from the application:

    • Go to "Help".


    • Select the trip on which the object was left behind.  


    • Click on “I forgot an object in the car”.


    • The driver may be contacted to retrieve the item (it is advisable to use the chat channel, as the driver may be carrying another passenger at the time).

    How to recover a forgotten item on a trip with InDrive?


    Those who forgot some belongings in a vehicle during a trip with InDrive, these are the steps to follow to recover it quickly and safely:

    • Notify the support team

      : it is very important to report the forgotten object through the email

      support@indrive.com

      or from the chat found in the application.

    • Write the message:

      Include the cell phone number from which the trip was requested, Point A and Point B of the route that appears in the app, driver information (name), vehicle information (patent, color and model).

      This information can be found in the "My trips" section within the app.

      You must also mention and describe the lost object.

      And add an additional contact number.

    • Once the Support team has notified the driver and it is confirmed that the object is in the vehicle, an agent will notify the passenger who must agree with the driver a safe meeting point for both of them, where the item will be delivered.
