"Plan your future" , a
100% online, open and free
educational program
for the entire country.
It is designed for students
between the ages of 16 and 21
to build their life plan and enhance their professional profile.
The job market is constantly changing, making it increasingly difficult to choose a career or think about your
future career
.
In this context, young people are the most affected: in the country, youth unemployment reaches close to
20% of the young population
and doubles adult unemployment, according to INDEC statistics.
In addition, according to a report published by Junior Achievement and the ManpowerGroup consultancy,
9 out of 10 young people
admit to having
difficulties
finding a job and their main barrier is lack of experience.
"Plan your future" is aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 21.

What does the program "Plan your future" consist of?
This is a 10-hour virtual training.
Through him, young people:
They discover their potential
They develop social-emotional skills
Create a profile on LinkedIn
Know the trends in the world of work
They draw up an action plan for the job search.
The program has
6 modules
whose contents are taught in the
Junior Virtual Campus
, with an estimated duration of
3 weeks
.
During the course, students will be able to explore the following options:
Training and career opportunities
Opportunities in the STEM world - science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers - and are approaching the most valued professions and skills in the market.
In turn, Junior offers a cycle of
open and free talks on YouTube
that are linked to the theme of the program.
There, young people will be able to interact with professionals from renowned organizations who share their trajectory and experience in relation to:
employability
the professional profile
trends in the world of work
recommendations in the creation of the LinkedIn profile.
What are the requirements to enroll in the "Plan your future" program?
The course is designed so that young people can take it directly or through an educational institution with the support of a leading teacher.
In both modalities, they have the constant monitoring of the Junior Achievement team and
a certificate of participation
at the end of the program.
Have no prior knowledge.
Young people between the ages of 16 and 21
and
public or private schools with a subsidy
who want to implement the contents in the classroom
can sign up .
For these educational institutions, the foundation awards full scholarships.
The training lasts 10 hours that are carried out in 3 weeks.
