Few, in fact, pass the rigorous filter of the code of criminal procedure

.

In Paris, the prosecution totaled 317 arrests, which resulted in 281 police custody.

However, only 25 individuals have passed this week in immediate appearance for violence of any kind or degradation.

The majority of these cases resulted in a referral request.

To these figures, we must add 13 appearances on prior admission of guilt and 2 summonses by report with placement under judicial supervision (CPVCJ).

In all, therefore, around forty people were referred.

Far from the mass effect of arrests.

The prosecution also displays 75 alternatives to prosecution and 9 penal orders.
