The best way to ignore the street violence of the past few weeks is to reduce it to that of thugs who simply come to wreak havoc for the love of chaos.
Admittedly, one finds in them a fascination with the riot, which characterizes well the antisocial personalities arising in the heart of the city when it is weakened.
But reducing their violence to that, we depoliticize it and de-ideologize it, which we also do, moreover, when we only speak of them in the manner of thugs.
Because breakage is just a method.
There is no point in talking about the means without talking about the end.
One could say the same thing, all things considered, of terrorism.
There is no point in talking about it without talking about the ideology that uses it.
There is no point in talking about the thugs without recalling in the name of what cause they are breaking.
And we are here in front of ultra-left thugs, who pursue an openly revolutionary strategy, which does not prevent them from sharing...
