The comedian, implicated in a serious automobile accident which occurred on a departmental road in Seine-et-Marne on February 10, 2023, left the Bordeaux University Hospital (Gironde) this morning in a black vehicle, according to a sequence filmed by the news channel continuously.
He had been hospitalized since the end of April in the follow-up care and rehabilitation service after a transfer from the Paul-Brousse hospital in Villejuif (Val-de-Marne), still within the framework of his judicial review, now slightly relaxed.

, the public prosecutor of Melun, Jean-Michel Bourlès, indicated that the judicial review of Pierre Palmade provides that the comedian "can now go
out on weekends after positive opinion from the doctors of the hospital
" .
Indictment for homicide and involuntary injuries
On February 10, 2023, on a departmental road in Seine-et-Marne, Pierre Palmade was driving a car which hit a vehicle coming in front.
In addition to the actor, the accident left three seriously injured: a 38-year-old man, his 6-year-old son and his 27-year-old sister-in-law, who lost the baby she was expecting after the collision.
In police custody, Pierre Palmade, plagued for decades with drug addiction problems, admitted to having consumed cocaine and synthetic drugs before driving, according to the Melun prosecution.
He was indicted for homicide and involuntary injuries by driver having used narcotics in a state of legal recidivism.
The investigation is continuing under the aegis of an investigating judge.
