A draft document that was leaked yesterday (Sunday) partially details the distribution of coalition funds on which the Knesset is supposed to vote as part of the upcoming budget proposal in about a month.
From the document emerges several plans for the various government ministries, and their future intentions for the next two years.
Although it is not the final budget, which is expected to be published at the end of next week, the draft sheds light on the coalition funds that each government office will receive.
For example, the budget of Itamar Ben Gvir's Ministry of National Security will receive NIS 350 million in the first year and NIS 880 million in the second.
In the draft, it was specified that the Ministry of Education's budget will go to projects for dropout youth, youth villages, renovating boarding schools - but at the same time, large budgets for the promotion of ultra-Orthodox education, the salary of ultra-Orthodox teachers, Torah cores and projects for the "Herb Druckman legacy".
The cost of these programs is estimated at NIS 500 million in two years.

In addition, NIS 1.8 billion will be transferred to teachers in ultra-orthodox educational institutions - to compare their salary with that of teachers in regular educational institutions.
An additional 285 million shekels will be invested in the "Jewish Identity Authority", which party chairman Noam Avi Maoz wants to establish. He also detailed a "plan to ensure food security" worth about one billion shekels over two years, and the development of the Negev and the Galilee at 225 million shekels each year.
Minister Meir Forosh's Ministry of Tradition will receive NIS 250 million in each of the coming years, although it is not specifically written where the money will go, in the draft they explain: "Another government decision will come detailing the budget." Also, NIS 75 million will be invested in Minister Struck's Ministry of National Missions in "Maintenance of areas C", in addition, NIS 404 million in the settlement division that "establishes settlements in the periphery" and activity budgets for "encouraging and strengthening the conversion system" and "ancestral graves".
Last month, Ben Gabir threatened that he would not vote in favor of the state budget, after he discovered that the additional budget promised to his office, in the amount of NIS 9 billion, was not included in the budget submitted to the Knesset.
Ben Gvir told his associates that if the budget remains as it is, he will not vote for it, a situation that could cause the government to fall.
