Schongau - E-scooter ensured: On May 8, at 18:45 p.m., a police patrol in Karmeliterstraße noticed a 36-year-old man from Schongau who was riding an e-scooter without an insurance license plate. During the subsequent check, it was found that the e-scooter was not insured. Proceedings were initiated against the 36-year-old for a violation under the Compulsory Insurance Act. Since the 36-year-old was already reported at the beginning of May for a similar offense, the e-scooter was seized.
Schongau - Hit-and-run: On May 8, between 7:15 a.m. and 12:55 p.m., a Peugeot parked in Bürgermeister-Lechenbauer-Straße was hit by a previously unknown vehicle. As a result, the right side of the Peugeot was damaged. Information about the fleeing vehicle should be sent to the Schongau police station.
Peiting - Car damaged: In the period from May 6, 19:30 p.m. to May 8, 9:20 a.m., a Ford car parked in Sandgrubenstraße was damaged by a hitherto unknown perpetrator. The perpetrator caused paint damage to the vehicle with a sharp object. Please contact the Schongau police station.
Fuchstal/Asch - Right-of-way accident with high property damage: On Monday afternoon at around 15.50 p.m., an 88-year-old car driver from the southern district of Landsberg wanted to cross the district road LL 16 straight ahead in the direction of Leonhardstraße coming from Lechsbergstraße. In doing so, overlooked the car of a 24-year-old coming from the left. This could not prevent a collision and drove into the crossing vehicle. This resulted in property damage amounting to 30,000 euros, no one was injured.

Peißenberg - 16-year-old drives a car without a driver's license: The Weilheim police became aware through witnesses that a 16-year-old Peißenberger took a car for a spin on Sunday afternoon without a driver's license. Penzberg - Fish poaching: On May 7, between 12:30 p.m. and 13 p.m., a Penzberger (48) was able to observe a person on the banks of the Loisach near Obermaxkron. The man apparently held a fishing rod in the water there without authorization to fish. During a check by the police, the Penzberger (27) could not show any authorizations. He is now being investigated for fish poaching.
Penzberg - Cyclists collide: On May 7, around 12 noon, there was a traffic accident between cyclists between Oberhof and Promberg. A Pullacher (67) drove in the direction of Promberg and wanted to pass a cyclist from Munich (17) driving in the same direction on the right. The man from Pullach had no idea that the other cyclist wanted to let him pass and also swerved to the right. This led to a collision between the two cyclists. Both people suffered minor injuries as a result of the fall.
Seeshaupt - Cyclist falls and injures himself in the face: On May 7, around 8:20 a.m., a Munich man (51) wanted to stop at a bakery in the main street. He did not manage to release the shoes from the pedal anchorage in time and fell onto the pavement. He sustained moderate facial injuries. He was then taken to Tutzing Hospital. The bicycle suffered property damage amounting to approx. 300 euros.
Penzberg - Battery theft at two construction site traffic lights: Between 6 p.m. on May 22 and 7:5 a.m. on May 40, previously unknown perpetrators stole the battery blocks from two construction site traffic lights on state road 2063 near Schönmühl. The batteries were secured by a lock in the traffic lights. The theft damage amounts to about 400 euros. The Penzberg police department is now investigating, among other things, a particularly serious case of theft. Information can be obtained from PI Penzberg by calling 08856/9257-0.
Penzberg - Child with bicycle crashed: On May 6, around 17:30 p.m., a Penzberg woman (8) drove with her mother and sister from the Berghalde in the direction of Henlestraße. In a left-hand bend, shortly after the barrier, the girl came off the path with her children's bike to the right and hit her head against a construction fence. As a result, the child suffered minor injuries to his head. She was taken by ambulance to Penzberg Hospital. There was only minor damage to the bike.
Peißenberg - Off the road: Around 20:35 p.m., an accident occurred on Sunday: At the Peißenberg bypass, a 19-year-old woman from Peißenberg came off the road with her black Polo due to inappropriate speed after she wanted to take the Wörth exit. There was a property damage of about 2650 euros. Next to her vehicle, a traffic sign was damaged. The driver must expect a fine procedure.
Weilheim - Right of way disregarded: On May 7, 22:50 p.m.: At the intersection of Kaltenmoserstraße and Olympiastraße in Weilheim, a 29-year-old man from Obersöcheringer drove towards the city center. A 33-year-old man from Weilheim drove west on Kaltenmoserstraße and disregarded the right of way of the Obersöcheringer. A collision occurred in the intersection area. There was a property damage of about 6000 euros. The Obersöcheringer's vehicle was no longer roadworthy and had to be recovered by a towing service. The Weilheimer must expect a fine procedure.
Huglfing - Traffic accident: On May 7 at around 13:30 p.m., a 56-year-old man from Hösbach drove on the B472 from Huglfing in the direction of the B2. At the junction there, he drove into the vehicle of a 46-year-old Neu-Ulmer in stop-and-go traffic. There was a property damage of about 4000 euros. The perpetrator's vehicle had to be recovered by a towing service.
Hohenfurch - Car damaged: In the period from 6:21 p.m. on May 45 to 7:0 a.m. on May 50, a Peugeot car parked on the edge of the May fire was damaged. Two people walked over the vehicle, so that the bonnet and the roof had dents. Please contact the Schongau police station on Tel.: 08861/23460.

Weilheim - cups thrown at passers-by - police investigate for attempted dangerous bodily harm: On May 6 at 18:55 p.m., the Weilheim police station was notified that cups would be thrown at visitors from an apartment on the 2nd floor at Marienplatz Weilheim during the "Turkish Days" event. On site, it was found that several families with children had stayed below the designated apartment and that no one was injured only by fortunate circumstances, at least as things stand at present. As a result, a 29-year-old Afghan citizen from Weilheim and a 28-year-old Afghan citizen from Ingolstadt were found in the apartment. Both people were considerably intoxicated, it turned out that both the 28-year-old and the 29-year-old threw larger fragments of a porcelain cup out of the window. Criminal proceedings have been initiated against both defendants on suspicion of dangerous bodily injury, and possible injured parties or other witnesses are asked to contact the Weilheim police station.
Weilheim - Drunk driving and violation of the Narcotics Act in Weilheim: On May 6 at 20:24 p.m., a 26-year-old woman from Poland was found sitting on the sidewalk next to her car with the door open in Pollinger Straße at the junction with Trifthofstraße. The 26-year-old appeared disoriented and considerably intoxicated, a voluntary alcohol test showed a breath alcohol concentration of over 1.10 per thousand. The 26-year-old initially refused to give her personal details, but a small amount of marijuana was found during a search of her handbag to establish her identity. Witness statements previously confirmed a trip by the 26-year-old with the car, whereupon a blood sample was taken in the hospital in Weilheim and the driver's license was secured. Criminal proceedings were initiated against the 26-year-old on suspicion of drunk driving and violation of the Narcotics Act. After consultation with the Munich II public prosecutor's office, the 26-year-old was released after naming an authorized representative for service.
Altenstadt - Burglary in car workshop: On Saturday afternoon between 14 p.m. and 20:45 p.m., a car workshop in Altenstadt on Dornauer Straße was broken into. The perpetrator or perpetrators smashed a pane of a side window and climbed into the workshop. A laptop, a diagnostic device and wheels, i.e. rims with tires, were stolen from the workshop for a Mercedes. The theft damage amounts to about 5000 euros, the property damage to about 500 euros. The perpetrator must have been injured during the burglary, as there were traces of blood on the exit door. Please contact the Schongau police for relevant information.
Steingaden/Wildsteig - Traffic accident with motorcyclist: On Saturday afternoon at around 15.50 p.m. I drove on the ST2059 near Steingaden in the direction of Wildsteig. Two cars drove in front of the 17-year-old motorcyclist. At the level of the parking lot at Kohlhofen, the car in front wanted to turn right into the farm road. The following car braked because it recognized the proper turning maneuver. The 17-year-old Wildsteiger on his light motorcycle realized this too late and drove into the jeep of a 49-year-old Lenggrieser. The wild climber crashed into the rear window and sustained moderate injuries. He was flown by helicopter to the UK Murnau. The total property damage to both vehicles amounts to approx. 1500 euros.
Birkland - Motorist has to avoid motorcyclists and grazes guardrail: Around noon on Friday, a motorcyclist approached a 50-year-old Birkland woman on the route between St. Leonhard and Birkland. In the curve area at Rehpoint, the motorcyclist drove so centrally that the Birkland woman had to swerve to the right to avoid a collision. In doing so, she grazed the crash barrier, causing considerable paint damage to the car amounting to approx. 5000 euros. Information about the motorcyclist should be sent to the Schongau police
Weilheim - Swampy Vehicle: In the municipality of Weilheim between the "Blaslweiher" and the hamlet of "Rauchen", an 18-year-old Pähler drove an off-road vehicle over meadows and dirt roads together with four friends on the night of May 6. In the end, he got stuck in a bog meadow. The vehicle sank until the floor plate touched down. The young man and his companions apparently tried in vain to get the vehicle out of the moor without outside help. Ultimately, the incident called the fire brigade and the Weilheim police onto the scene. The vehicle could not be recovered due to the location and the massive sinking during the night. In the course of recording the facts on site, it became known that it was not the first time that the 18-year-old had caused damage in fields with his car. Already in the course of Saturday morning, two more victims came forward. Police investigations into the exact circumstances are ongoing.
Raisting - Hit-and-run: On May 5, between 17:15 p.m. and 17:35 p.m., the blue Hyundai i30 of a 33-year-old Pahler was hit and severely damaged. The car was parked at the parking lot between the pond and the sports field in Raisting. Several witnesses have already been able to provide concrete information about the polluter's vehicle. The investigation is ongoing. In addition, the Weilheim police ask witnesses who can provide relevant information to call 0881/6400. The perpetrator of the traffic accident also has the opportunity to turn himself in to the Weilheim police.
Weilheim - Unfallflucht: Am 5. Mai zwischen 14.20 und 18 Uhr wurde der silberne Toyota Auris einer 64-jährigen Peitingerin im Altstadtcenter Weilheim von einem weißen Kia angefahren. Der Verursacher kam seinen gesetzlichen Pflichten nicht nach und entfernte sich unerlaubt von der Unfallstelle. Das Kennzeichen des verursachenden Fahrzeugs ist bekannt. Der Verursacher hat die Möglichkeit, sich bei der Polizei in Weilheim zu stellen. Zeugen, die sachdienliche Angaben zu dem Unfall machen können, werden gebeten, sich unter Tel. 0881/6400 bei der Polizei Weilheim zu melden.
Seeshaupt - Unfallflucht: Bereits am 3. Mai gegen 11.45 Uhr kam es in Seeshaupt im Pfarrer-Wiedemann-Weg zu einem Verkehrsunfall zwischen einem Fußgänger und einem „E-bike-Fahrer“. Der Fußgänger ging nach derzeitigem Ermittlungsstand am rechten Rand der Fahrbahn und wurde von dem einbiegenden „E-Bike-Fahrer“ touchiert. Dadurch kam der Fußgänger zu Sturz und wurde nicht unerheblich verletzt. Der Fahrer strauchelte zwar leicht, drehte sich aber nicht um und verließ die Unfallstelle, ohne Anzuhalten. Es liegen Hinweise zu dem Fahrer vor, die Ermittlungen dauern an. Zeugen, welche sachdienliche Angaben machen können, werden gebeten, sich bei der PI Penzberg unter Tel. 08856/92570 zu melden. Ebenso hat der Verursacher die Möglichkeit, sich dort zu stellen.
Peißenberg - Fahrradsturz: Ein 81-jähriger Peitinger fuhr mit seinem Pedelec und kam in der Bergwerkstraße in Peißenberg zu Sturz. Dabei zog er sich leichte Verletzungen zu und musste zur Behandlung in ein Krankenhaus eingeliefert werden. Zeugen zum Unfall werden gebeten, sich unter Tel. 0881/6400 zu melden.
Penzberg - Verkehrsunfallflucht: Um 12 Uhr parkte ein 67-jähriger aus Penzberg seinen Mazda auf dem Parkplatz eines Supermarktes in der Henlestraße. Als er um 12.20 Uhr zurück kam, stellte er eine Delle am Kotflügel hinten rechts fest. Nach dem Schadensbild kommt auch ein Einkaufswagen als Verursacher in Frage. Ermittlungen wegen unerlaubten Entfernens vom Unfallort wurden aufgenommen. Hinweise bitte an die Polizeiinspektion Penzberg.
Penzberg - Diebstahl von Baustelle: Im Tatzeitraum vom 4. Mai, 17 Uhr, bis 5. Mai, 7 Uhr, wurde von einer Baustelle, im Bereich der Wankstraße / Am Katzenbuckel, durch einen unbekannten Täter eine Baumaschine entwendet. Der Stehlschaden der Putzmaschine beläuft sich hierbei auf ca. 6500 Euro. Hinweise nimmt die Polizeiinspektion Penzberg unter Tel. 08856/9257-0 entgegen.
Penzberg - Radfahrerin schwer verletzt: Am 5. Mai gegen 9.20 Uhr befuhr eine 73-jährige Frau aus Penzberg mit ihrem Fahrrad die Straße Grube in nördlicher Richtung. Auf Höhe der Hausnummer 21 kam sie alleinbeteiligt, aus bislang unbekannten Grund, zu Sturz und verletzte sich dabei schwer. Die Penzbergerin wurde daraufhin durch den Rettungsdienst in ein Krankenhaus verbracht. Am Rad entstand ein Schaden von ca. 100 Euro. Beim Eintreffen der Streifenbesatzung konnten keine Unfallzeugen angetroffen werden. Zeugen, die den Vorfall beobachtet haben, werden deshalb gebeten, sich an die Polizei in Penzberg unter Tel. 08856/9257-0 zu wenden.
Sindelsdorf - Alkohol am Steuer: Am 5. Mai, gegen 18 Uhr, wurde ein Fahrer eines Pkw in der Weilbergstraße einer Verkehrskontrolle unterzogen. Der Mann aus Sindelsdorf roch nach Alkohol, woraufhin ein freiwilliger Alkoholtest durch die Beamten durchgeführt wurde. Nachdem bei dem Mann ein Wert von über 0,5 Promille Atemalkohol festgestellt wurde, ist die Weiterfahrt unterbunden worden. Den Sindelsdorfer erwartet nun ein Bußgeld und ein Fahrverbot.
Fuchstal/Leeder - Fahrt unter Alkoholeinfluss: In der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag führte die Polizei Landsberg Verkehrskontrollen auch im Fuchstal durch. Dabei wurde ein 61-jähriger Pkw-Fahrer angehalten. Bei dem Fahrer wurde Akoholgeruch festgestellt. Ein Alkoholtest bestätigte einen Verstoß. Der Mann muss sich wegen einer Ordnungswidrigkeit wegen Fahrens unter Alkoholeinwirkung verantworten. Die Weiterfahrt wurde unterbunden. Die im Straßenverkehrsgesetz festgelegten Alkohol-Grenzwerte sind 0,25 mg/l Atemalkoholwert oder 0,50 o/oo Blutalkoholwert.
Fuchstal/Asch - Fahrt unter Drogeneinfluss: In der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag führte die Polizei Landsberg Verkehrskontrollen auch in Fuchstal durch. Dabei wurde ein 22-jähriger Pkw-Fahrer angehalten. Bei dem Fahrer wurde drogentypisches auffälliges Verhalten und Drogengeruch festgestellt. Eine geringe Menge Marihuana konnte bei dem jungen Mann aufgefunden werden. Der Mann muss sich wegen eines Vergehens gegen das Betäubungsmittelgesetz und einer Ordnungswidrigkeit wegen Fahrens unter Drogeneinwirkung verantworten. Die Weiterfahrt wurde unterbunden.
Freitag, 5. Mai
Bernbeuren - Radfahrer gestürzt: Am 4. Mai um 18.40 Uhr fuhr ein Ehepaar aus dem Landkreis Augsburg mit ihren Pedelecs auf der Verbindungsstraße von Goldstein in Richtung Bernbeuren. Auf der abschüssigen Straße geriert der 72-jährige Ehemann alleinbeteiligt mit dem Vorderreifen in die Wiese und stürzte dabei. Durch den Sturz wurde er schwer verletzt und mittels eines Rettungshubschraubers in eine Klinik geflogen.
Weilheim – Verkehrsunfall mit leicht verletzter Fahrradfahrerin: Im Kreuzungsbereich der Andreas-Schmidtner-Straße / Pütrichstraße kam es am Donnerstagabend gegen 18.25 Uhr zu einem Zusammenstoß zwischen einem Pkw und einem Pedelec. Ein 29-jähriger Uffinger bog mit seinem Golf von der Andreas-Schmidtner-Straße nach links auf die B2 in Richtung Süden ein und übersah dabei die entgegenkommende 65-jährige Weilheimerin mit ihrem Fahrrad. Durch den Zusammenstoß wurde die Weilheimerin leicht verletzt und wurde ins Krankenhaus Weilheim verbracht. Insgesamt entstand ein Sachschaden von ca. 3000 Euro.
Raisting / WM9 – Auffahrunfall mit leichtverletzter Person: Am Donnerstag gegen 17.25 Uhr befuhr eine 28-Jährige aus Raisting die Kreisstraße WM 9 von Raisting kommend in Richtung Pähl. Im Einmündungsbereich zur Staatsstraße 2056 wollte die 28-Jährige nach rechts in Richtung Weilheim einbiegen und fuhr aus Unachtsamkeit mit ihrem Pkw Citroen auf den vor ihr fahrenden Pkw Hyundai einer 26-Jährigen aus Hohenpeißenberg auf. Trotz leichter Verletzungen war eine medizinische Versorgung der 26-Jährigen an der Unfallstelle nicht notwendig. Das Fahrzeug der Raistingerin musste von der Unfallstelle abgeschleppt werden. Insgesamt entstand ein Schaden an beiden Fahrzeugen von ca. 5000 Euro.
Weilheim – Angefahrener Pkw: In der Herzog-Christoph-Straße Höhe Hausnummer 3 wurde zwischen Donnerstag, 23 Uhr, und Freitagmorgen, 6 Uhr, ein roter KIA angefahren. Der beschädigte Pkw war ordnungsgemäß in einer Parkbucht abgestellt. Offensichtlich beschädigte ein unbekannter Fahrer beim Vorbeifahren den roten KIA und hinterließ Kratzer im Bereich des Türschwellers und am Kotflügel der Fahrerseite, weiterhin wurde der Außenspiegel abgerissen. Trotz des entstandenen Schadens in Höhe von ca. 2000 Euro kam der Verursacher seiner gesetzlichen Meldefrist nicht nach. Zeugen, die diesbezüglich Beobachtungen gemacht haben werden gebeten sich bei der Polizei Weilheim unter 0881 / 6400 zu melden.
Weilheim – Ladendiebstahl: In einem Drogeriemarkt in der Admiral-Hipper-Straße schlug gestern gegen 13.30 Uhr die Alarmanlage an, als ein 13-Jähriger das Geschäft mit einem elektronischem Gerät im Wert von ca. 10 Euro ohne zu bezahlen verlassen wollte. Zusätzlich zum Hausverbot wurde die Mutter des 13-Jährigen informiert und der Bub an diese übergeben.
Peißenberg – Ladendiebstahl: Eine 16-Jährige aus Peißenberg wurde am Mittwoch gegen 11 Uhr im Kaufland erwischt als sie eine Wimperntusche in ihre Hosentasche einsteckte und ohne zu bezahlen den Markt verlassen wollte. Nach der Ansprache durch einen Detektiv gab die Jugendliche zwar ihr Fehlverhalten sofort zu, trotzdem erwartet sie ein Strafverfahren wegen Ladendiebstahl.
Penzberg - Auto gestreift und einfach weitergefahren: Am 4. Mai, gegen 16.50 Uhr, wollte ein Penzberger (28) mit seinem Auto aus der Heinrich-Campendonk-Straße nach rechts in die Sindelsdorfer Straße abbiegen. Dabei musste er verkehrsbedingt im Kreuzungsbereich anhalten. In diesem Moment fuhr eine Sindelsdorferin (82) mit ihrem Pkw von hinten kommend an dem Fahrzeug des Penzbergers vorbei und streifte dadurch dessen Auto. Die Frau bog dann nach links ab, ohne sich um den entstandenen Unfallschaden zu kümmern. Durch die Fahrzeugberührungen wurde der hintere Kotflügel des Penzbergers beschädigt. Weil der Geschädigte das Kennzeichen des unfallflüchtigen Fahrzeugs ablesen konnte, ermittelt nun die Polizeiinspektion Penzberg wegen Unfallflucht gegen die Sindelsdorferin. Insgesamt entstand an beiden Fahrzeugen ein Schaden von ca. 1.200 Euro.
Penzberg - In Kurve von Straße abgekommen: Am 4. Mai, gegen 13.45 Uhr, kam ein Habacher (61) mit seinem Auto in der Dr. Gotthilf-Näher-Straße in einer Rechtskurve nach links von der Fahrbahn ab und kam nach ca. 100 Metern an einem großen Strauch zum Stehen. Am Pkw, sowie an mehreren Bäumen, entstand Sachschaden in Höhe von ca. 4.000 Euro. Es ergaben sich Hinweise, dass der Fahrer am Steuer kurz eingeschlafen sein könnte. Die Polizei Penzberg ermittelt nun zur genauen Unfallursache.
Donnerstag, 4. Mai
Penzberg - Randaliert und ins Rathaus eingebrochen: Am 3. Mai, gegen 15.19 Uhr, wurde die Polizeiinspektion Penzberg über eine Sachbeschädigung in der Philippstraße informiert. Wie dort ermittelt werden konnte, besprühte ein Penzberger (30) mit oranger Sprühfarbe die Fahrbahn. Danach warf er noch drei leere Bierflaschen auf die Straße. Durch die Bierflaschen wurde glücklicherweise keine Person oder ein Fahrzeug beschädigt. Nach Anzeigenaufnahme entfernte der Bauhof die Scherben. Der Stadt entstand durch die Sprühfarbe ein Schaden von ca. 500 Euro. In der darauffolgenden Nacht, am 4. Mai, gegen 1.30 Uhr, rückten die Beamten zu einem Einbruchsalarm im Rathaus aus. Wie sich herausstellte, hatte der gleiche Mann im Vorraum des Rathauses Flyer herum geworfen und einen an der Wand hängenden Defibrillator entwendet. Der Penzberger konnte kurze Zeit später im Umfeld des Rathauses festgestellt werden. Den Defibrillator hatte der Mann auf dem Brunnen am Stadtplatz abgelegt. Wie der Mann ins Rathaus gelangt ist, wird noch ermittelt. Ihn erwarten jetzt Anzeigen wegen Besonders schweren Fall des Diebstahls, Sachbeschädigung, Hausfriedensbruch und Missbrauch von Nothilfemitteln.
Antdorf - Motorradfahrer verliert in Kurve Kontrolle über sein Fahrzeug und stürzt: Am 3. Mai, gegen 20 Uhr, fuhr ein Antdorfer (18) mit seinem Motorrad von Penzberg Richtung Antdorf. Auf Höhe der Abzweigung nach Breunetsried verlor der Motorradfahrer in einer Linkskurve die Kontrolle über sein Fahrzeug. Er kam nach links von der Fahrbahn ab und stürzte in einer angrenzenden Wiese. Durch den Sturz zog er sich mittelschwere Verletzungen zu und musste mit dem Rettungsdienst ins Unfallkrankenhaus Murnau gebracht werden. Am Motorrad entstand Sachschaden von ca. 300 Euro.
Mittwoch, 3. Mai
Weilheim – Fahrraddiebstahl: Im Laufe des letzten Sonntages wurde ein schwarzes Mountainbike der Marke „Bulls“ in Weilheim entwendet. Das Rad war versperrt in der Pöltnerstraße vor dem „Sonnendeck“ abgestellt. Zeugen, die diesbezüglich Beobachtungen gemacht haben werden gebeten sich bei der Polizei Weilheim unter 0881 / 6400 zu melden.
Wielenbach/B2 – Lkw verliert Ladung: Dienstagmorgen gegen 7.30 Uhr befuhr eine 43-jährige Weilheimerin mit ihrem Audi die B2 in Richtung Starnberg. Auf Höhe Wielenbach verlor ein orangefarbener Lkw, näheres nicht bekannt, im Gegenverkehr Glas von der Ladefläche und verursachte dadurch diverse Schäden auf der Motorhaube und der Windschutzscheibe der Weilheimerin. Zeugen des Vorfalles werden gebeten sich bei der Polizei Weilheim zu melden.
Wielenbacher Moos – Jagdkanzeln beschädigt: Zwischen vergangenem Freitag und Montagabend wurden im Bereich des Wielenbacher Moos zwei Jagdkanzeln beschädigt. An beiden Kanzeln wurden mehrere Schraubenmuttern entfernt und an einer der beiden Kanzeln zusätzlich die Gewindestangen. Dies führte dazu, dass die eine Jagdkanzel beinahe umgestürzt wäre. Zum Glück wurden die Beschädigungen bemerkt und es kam in diesem Fall niemand zu Schaden. Hinweise bitte an die Polizei Weilheim.
Dienstag, 2. Mai
Weilheim - Brand im Krankenhaus: Gut reagiert haben laut Weilheims Feuerwehrkommandant Stefan Herbst gestern einige Krankenhaus-Mitarbeiter. Die hatten in einem Aufenthaltsraum Kleidung zum Trocknen auf einen raumhohen Heizkörper gelegt, allerdings zu nahe an einen Halogen-Deckenstrahler, der die Kleidung laut Herbst in Brand setzte. Doch die Mitarbeiter hätten die Kleidung gleich abgelöscht und sofort durchgelüftet, sodass die mit mehreren Fahrzeugen anrückenden Feuerwehrler nicht mehr eingreifen mussten. Ein Schaden entstand laut Herbst nicht.

Antdorf - 50 Leitpfosten im Garten: In der Freinacht, vom 30. April auf den 1. Mai, legten bislang unbekannte Personen insgesamt 50 Leitpfosten in den Garten einer Antdorferin (55). Woher die unbeschädigten Leitpfosten stammen, ist bislang unklar. Ermittlungen in der Nacht ergaben bislang keinen Fehlbestand in den umliegenden Straßen. Da es sich bei Eingriffen in den Straßenverkehr nicht um harmlose Freinachtscherze handelt, ermittelt die Polizeiinspektion Penzberg gegen Unbekannt wegen des Verdachts von Straftaten. Penzberg - Brandstiftung: Bereits zwischen dem 15. Februar und 1. Mai betrat eine bislang unbekannte Person im Breunetsrieder Weg den Bauwagen eines Penzbergers (51). Ein beschädigtes Fenster erleichterte dem Unbekannten den Zugang in den umgebauten Bauwagen. Dort legte die unbekannte Person mit einem Grillanzünder und einem Küchenpapier ein Feuer, welches jedoch selbst wieder erlosch. Durch die Zündelei wurde der Boden die Wand des Bauwagens beschädigt. Es entstand Sachschaden im Wert von ca. 500 Euro. Nur durch Glück geriet der Bauwagen nicht in Vollbrand. Die Polizei Penzberg ermittelt nun wegen versuchter Brandstiftung. Iffeldorf - Traffic accident with injured person: On April 30, around 15 p.m., two Penzbergers rode their bicycles along the cycle path along Seeshaupter Straße in the direction of Seeshaupt. Due to a driving error of a 30-year-old, it came to the fall of the woman, who crashed into a tree and was slightly injured. She had to be taken by ambulance to Penzberg Hospital for further treatment. Her 29-year-old companion was unharmed.
Huglfing - Aftermath of the Friday Night: A field cross with a figure of Christ was soiled with blue paint in Resthofer Straße. It was not until the end of 2021 that this cross, which is erected along the footpath, was extensively restored. Fortunately, the paint seems to be rather easier to remove. Nevertheless, it will take some time to remove; approx. 200 euros damage. In addition, other objects along Resthofer Straße had been sprayed with the blue paint. The locked garden gate was also used to enter a property on Bachstraße and damage a mailbox; Property damage approx. 100 euros.
Schongau - On the road with an e-scooter under the influence of drugs: On May 1 at 17:05 p.m., a 23-year-old man from Schongau, who was riding his e-scooter on Moosängerstraße, was stopped as part of a traffic control. In the process, he was found to have drug-typical failure symptoms. A drug test carried out was positive for cocaine, amphetamine and THC. A blood sample was then taken from the 23-year-old. The e-scooter was seized to prevent the onward journey. The 23-year-old now faces a fine of 500 euros and a one-month driving ban.
Monday, 1 May:
Peißenberg - Drunk driving: On Sunday at 17 p.m., the police received a message from a local resident that a badly damaged car had stopped in Christoph-Bauer-Straße in Peißenberg, the driver of which may have been drunk. In the end, it was determined that the lady, a 47-year-old Peißenberg woman, not only had a breath alcohol level of well over 1.1 per thousand, but that she had previously caused an accident in a private underground car park. This resulted in damage totalling around 20,000 euros.
Weilheim - Drunk driving: On Sunday at 17:40 p.m., PI Weilheim was informed that a car had driven over the sidewalk at one of the Ammer bridges after the driver had previously swayed into the vehicle. In the end, the driver could only be found with some time delay: The 34-year-old Weilheimer stated at his home address that he had drunk after the trip, which would explain the breath alcohol level of over 1.1 per thousand; For this reason, the police ordered two blood samples, which should enable a recalculation of the blood alcohol level at the time of the crime in such a case. Since the car had fresh traces of the accident, but the driver provided implausible information, the car was seized for the preservation of evidence (i.e. above all a detailed securing of evidence) because of a possible accident escape.
Peißenberg - Jugendgruppe macht Ärger: At 0.20 a.m. on Monday, the Weilhem police station was informed that about 20 people were gathering and masking in front of a property in the street "Guggenberg"; in addition, they would shout around and have a threatening effect on the resident. Until the arrival of the patrols, the young people were no longer on site, but a total of 19 people (14-18 years old, all from Peißenberg) could be found in the immediate vicinity who could be assigned to the group. Since a closer investigation with the caller showed that no criminal acts had occurred, all were dismissed after control and appropriate instruction.

Motorway connection Seeshaupt - Traffic accident due to excessive speed - Driver possibly under the influence of drugs: On April 28 at around 15:45 p.m., a 19-year-old from the district of Bad Tölz drove southbound on the A95. At the Seeshaupt junction, he drove off the motorway and lost control of his vehicle in the left-hand bend due to excessive speed. He crashed into the center guardrail. Since the driver was found to have drug-typical abnormalities, a preliminary drug test was carried out by the officers, which was positive. A blood sample was then taken from the 19-year-old and his driver's license was secured. He is now awaiting a charge of endangering road traffic.
Peiting - bodily injury: On Friday night around 4 a.m., the unknown male perpetrator and his equally unknown female companion were in a Peitinger nightclub. After they had left the restaurant and were not allowed back in, they first attacked the bouncer and then some guests. As a result, both the bouncer and a guest were injured. The perpetrators were able to escape undetected. Anyone who can provide relevant information is asked to contact the Schongau police station on 08861/2346-110.
Burggen - Bodily injury: Shortly after midnight, a bodily injuryoccurred during the May fire in Burggen. A 20-year-old from the western Altlandkreis slapped a 17-year-old Schongauer in the face. He was slightly injured as a result.
Peiting - Drunk driving: On Saturday, April 29, shortly after 16 p.m., a 62-year-old Peitinger was riding his bicycle heavily intoxicated on Schongauer Straße. During the traffic control, a value in the range of absolute unfitness to drive was found. A blood sample was taken and an investigation was initiated.
Peiting - Traffic accident: On Friday, April 28, at around 11 a.m., an 84-year-old woman from Peiting drove her car along Friedhofstraße in Peiting. At the intersection with Bahnhofstrasse, she disregarded the right of way of a 62-year-old woman from Peiting, who was also traveling by car. The vehicles collided. Both vehicles suffered property damage estimated at around 20,000 euros. The drivers came to the hospital in Schongau for clarification with the ambulance service, but remained uninjured.

Penzberg - Blow to the back of the head: On Friday, April 28, at around 17:15 p.m., a 30-year-old from Penzberg was hit on the back of the head by an unknown man in Philippstraße. The Penzberger was slightly injured. A manhunt for the perpetrator was negative. The perpetrator is described as follows: male with a bald head. He was carrying a wheeled suitcase and a backpack. The perpetrator could not be described in more detail. Information on the perpetrator is received by the Penzberg police station at 08856/9257-0.
Pähl - Near-accident in oncoming traffic: On Friday, April 28, at around 23:18 p.m., a traffic accident occurred on the Pähler bypass. A 39-year-old Peißenberger drove his black Opel Zafira on state road 2056 in a southerly direction when a previously unknown vehicle approached him. The unknown vehicle came over the center line into the lane of the Peißenberger, so that he had to swerve to the right into the banquet. In doing so, he hits a road boundary post with his right wing mirror. The right wing mirror was damaged, causing property damage of around 200 euros. Fortunately, there was no collision with the oncoming vehicle. It is being investigated for unauthorized removal from the scene of the accident. Weilheim - Parked car damaged: On Friday, April 28, a 49-year-old woman from Murnau parked her black Mercedes V-Class at around 15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Neidhart site (Hagebaumarkt/McDonalds). When she returned to her vehicle at around 18:26 p.m., she found damage to the right rear side of the vehicle. A hitherto unknown person who caused the accident had left the scene of the accident without first notifying the damage or leaving his address. The Mercedes suffered property damage of around 3000 euros. Information on the cause of the accident is requested from the Weilheim police station at 0881/6400.
Wielenbach - Right of way accident: On Friday, April 28, a 32-year-old man from Schongau drove his VW Fox on Edelweissstraße in Wielenbach. At the junction with Weilheimer Straße, he turned left and overlooked, however, a 49-year-old woman from Weilheim with her VW Golf, who was driving into town on Weilheimer Straße. There was a collision between the two vehicles, resulting in total property damage of around 4500 euros. Fortunately, no one was injured. Curiously, the driver's license of the 32-year-old who caused the accident was only issued exactly the day before the accident and was thus on his "maiden voyage".
Penzberg - Bodily injury: April 30 at 4:10 a.m., a 52-year-old from Miesbach and a 34-year-old from Hausham, in a bar on Karlstraße, were beaten by an unknown man and threatened with a knife or a broken wheat jar. The reason for the incident was a dispute. Both sustained minor injuries. A manhunt for the perpetrator was negative. The perpetrator is described as follows: male, about 170 centimeters tall, short shaved light blond hair, around 50 years old and slim. Peißenberg - Accident escape clarified thanks to witnesses: On Saturday at 12 noon, a 73-year-old woman from Weilheim crashed her car into a parked car on the grounds of a shopping mall on Weilheimer Straße in the course of a parking process. Subsequently, the perpetrator left without caring about the damage caused by about 1000 euros. Thanks to an attentive witness who was able to remember the license plate number and also take a picture of the driver, the incident was quickly clarified so that the 36-year-old victim from Weilheim does not have to sit on her damage.
Weilheim - Dispute after drunk peed at the parish church: On Sunday at about 0.10 a.m., a heavily drunk 47-year-old man from Weilheim urinated against the wall of the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Weilheim. A passer-by, a 35-year-old man from Weilheim, asked him to refrain from doing so. The 47-year-old now approached his opponent and insulted him. The victim, who had been injured so far, now went to his car and wanted to drive away. The drunk now went to the car and opened the door, whereupon he received a blow from the 35-year-old with the flat of his hand in the face. The police are investigating for insult and assault.
