Finally news from the cult cops of the ARD: The eleventh season will be shown later this year. Before that, BR celebrates a "Hubert and Staller" evening.
Wolfratshausen – For a long time, there was nothing new to see of the two most famous police officers in the Oberland. Now the Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) announces an end to the dry spell: New episodes of "Hubert ohne Staller" will be broadcast later this year. Fans of the ARD series will have to wait a bit for the eleventh season, but they won't have to do without the cult cops.

Next Saturday, 13 May, BR will broadcast a "Hubert and Staller cult evening". Starting at 20:15 p.m., six episodes of the fifth season will run one after the other. In this season, the original investigator duo was still complete: Christian Tramitz as Franz Hubert and Helmfried von Lüttichau as a congenial, albeit faux pas-affine colleague Johannes Staller. He had left the series, as reported, after the seventh season.

Together, the two Wolfratshausen cops investigated, for example, the death of an organist who was transported to the afterlife by the pipes of his own organ. Or because of the mysterious circumstances because of which the waltz of a journeyman craftsman ended upside down in a dumpster. The series marathon announced by Bavarian television as a "cult evening" is only the prelude: Every Friday evening, two more episodes are repeated.
Eleventh season announced: Filming completed - this is how Hubert continues without Staller
After ten seasons of the successful production, fans have been waiting for a sequel for many months. Almost incidentally, BR announces that the wait will soon be over: The repeats of the fifth season are planned "to shorten the waiting time for the new season". This is scheduled to be broadcast on ARD in autumn 2023. It is the eleventh season of the Wolfratshausen Ulk investigators, it includes twelve new episodes.
Tramitz, Brandner, Müller-Elmau, Ringlstetter: Who is in the eleventh season Hubert without Staller?
There is a big reunion: According to ARD, the proven team of the district continues to stick together. The two main actors will be retained, as will Katharina Müller-Elmau as the district manager, Paul Sedlmeir as the always eager colleague and Mitsou Jung as the charming Christina Bayer. Forensic pathologist Caroline Fuchs (Susu Padotzke) continues as well as hedonist Yazid – played by Hannes Ringlstetter.
The tenth season was once again a success with the public: on average, more than 2.4 million viewers tuned in when Hubert and Girwidz (Michael Brandner) investigated. A market share of ten percent.
