Hundreds of rockets were launched from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory on Wednesday, from the communities near the Gaza Strip in the south to Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv and Givatayim in the center, raising the level of stress and anxiety among many.

Like many terrified citizens, quite a few celebs found themselves documenting the moments of fear, and shared with their followers their difficult feelings and aspirations for quieter days on the one hand, and harsh and angry reactions to the shocking reality in the country.

"What the residents of the envelope and the south experience on a daily basis is an abnormal reality," shared "Big Brother" winner Tikva Gideon of her feelings in a screenshot from a news item reporting on the shooting to the south and center. "One boom without an alarm, and my heart went down to my underwear, so what do they experience day and night? Your heart is with you! Be strong and take care of yourself," she requested. In another story, she shared: "I never thought I had the ability to run at that speed. Thank you to Hamas and Islamic Jihad for proving to me that I can become Usain Bolt when I'm afraid. At least I had time to take a shower. May their names be erased."

"My whole body is shaking," shared another "Big Brother" veteran, Nofar Mor, who told how she "threw" the car when the siren sounded in Tel Aviv – and entered the safe room at Yarkan's. "You see the interception. I'm anxious, I can't drive. Residents of the south, my heart is with you. Don't believe it's your reality every day. Sending you a hug and love," she said.

"Amala, take care of yourselves and please obey the instructions of the Home Front Command, they save lives," asked "Big Brother" veteran Kazem Khalilya, in light of a story he posted as an alarm sounded in the background.

Eurovision winner Netta Barzilai is currently in Liverpool, where she participates in the European Song Contest events, and said that she is unable to continue because of the situation in Israel. "I'm in terrible pain, hold on tight," she wrote.

Miki Mukhtar updated her followers in a story from the car that she had picked up her children from the school and that they had already arrived at their home, while she herself was on her way to a concert in Yokneam, while she heard an alarm in the background.

Model Niver Mader filmed herself on her story lying on the side of the road trying to take cover while an alarm clearly sounded in the background, writing: "The anxiety! And why does it always look like the shrapnel will fall right on me?!"

Miri Cohen shared with her followers that she was at home with her granddaughters, and had no idea what was happening in the center and south, while they watched children's shows. "I had no idea what was going on," she shared over a TV screen photo with a news report on current events. "I'm just shocked by what's happening in our country. Take care. I'm all shaking here, it's shocking what's happening in our country."

Dana Ben Ari, a veteran of the matchmaking reality show "New Love," shared in a long story her feelings of anger at the apathy of some Israeli citizens, despite the sirens and instructions from the Home Front Command. "I watch the news and I see a promenade full of people, who are you, indifferent people?" she said angrily. "There was a alarm now in Tel Aviv. I say this and it's really sad, but until they do it in this city, the government doesn't act. No one does anything until it gets to Tel Aviv. They shoot at Sderot, Ashkelon and Ashdod all the time, but when it comes to Tel Aviv – that's it."

She added angrily: "What's the difference? It annoys me as someone who lives here now. It's like, 'Throw anywhere in the country, just don't come here.' Sderot allowed? Is Ashdod allowed? Is Ashkelon allowed, and is it forbidden here? They are all Israeli citizens. The government needs to act, no matter where it's thrown. We need to react and act. It is not possible that Sderot absorbs so much fire. I am annoyed by the apathy at the levels of people on the promenade and at sea."
