On Monday around 12:15 p.m., passers-by reported to the Weilheim police a violent dispute between a 28-year-old woman from Dießen and a 39-year-old from Dießen in Weilheim, informs police chief inspector Michael Zinkl from Weilheim. Even before the police arrived, one of the eyewitnesses to the dispute, a 38-year-old from the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, offered the woman his help and she got into his car. When the two wanted to get the woman's suitcase, the 39-year-old threw the suitcase against the car - breaking the suitcase and causing a dent on the car.

When the officers arrived shortly thereafter, the 39-year-old Dießener wanted to leave, according to Zinkl. When the police approached him, he did not react at all, then so aggressively that the officers finally had to forcefully handcuff him. Meanwhile, he had massively insulted the officials.

The woman, as it turned out to be his partner, had gotten out of the car in the meantime and had also insulted the officers: "Since it was not possible to calm the situation and clarify the facts on the spot, the 28-year-old also had to be taken into custody," said Zinkl.

After clarifying the facts, both were released in the afternoon, Zinkl said. They will have to answer for various crimes, including damage to property, bodily harm, resistance to law enforcement officers.
