Zelensky thanks the National Assembly
Ukrainian President Zelensky thanked the French parliament for the decision to recognize the Russian Wagner Group as a terrorist organization. "This is something that should be embraced by the whole world. Every manifestation of terrorism must be destroyed and every terrorist must be condemned," he said.

French MEPs back placing Wagner on EU terrorist group list
The Assembly voted unanimously on Tuesday to include the paramilitary group in the EU's list of terrorist organisations. The text, without binding force, invites the French government "to mobilize diplomatically" so that the EU accedes to this request.

AFP journalist Arman Soldin killed in rocket strike in eastern country
AFP's video coordinator in Ukraine, Arman Soldin, was killed Tuesday afternoon in a Grad rocket attack in eastern Ukraine. The shelling took place around 16:30 p.m. local time in the vicinity of Chasiv Iar, a Ukrainian town near Bakhmut, which is targeted daily by Russian forces.
